Comfort Suites, Lewisburg PA

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, after my experience with this hotel they deserve an -0. My experience at this hotel was not a pleasant one as I was racially profiled and after checking out from the hotel, to my surprise I was charged a smoking fee. The manager Jennifer Levanowitz and her staff (especially Crystal) are unprofessional, rude and has absolutely no respect for her guest. She refused to resolve my dissatisfaction with the hotel and has her staff lying on her behalf. I have left numerous messages for her for 4 days and she has yet to return any of my messages. I personally feel like I was racial profiled because I was not greeted upon arrival and my room was not attended to with clean linen on the bed nor clean bathroom essentials when stepping out. After numerous phone calls, I was later made aware that the room next to me was in fact the room who did not follow hotel policy and because they could not charge that customers credit card they charged mine instead.
This has been the worst experience in my life, I now have to deal with losing $250 for something I did not do. The corporate office is no help as well, all they can do listen to your concerns but have no control over their hotels. I will never again stay at any of these CHOICE hotels, the company and managers do not value their customers.

Very nice and very clean hotel. Staff super friendly and polite. They lacked decent vending machines and beverage machines tho.

Clean, reasonable rates. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Will be going back.

Great location near Bucknell. Rooms are good-sized. Breakfast in the morning is ok (and free). Perkins is nearby, so that's always another option. Pet friendly, and the staff is friendly. We stay here whenever we're in town.

It was a nice location. Provided a good healthy breakfast. Beds were nice. Bathrooms were good. Everything was clean.

The rooms looked neat however they were unclean. The couch was stained, the carpet was heavily soiled. The bed comfortor had an odor which made it impossible to sleep.

We recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a local family wedding. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very conveniently located and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Stayed for only one evening, traveling for business, but quick, friendly check-in, clean, updated, spacious and comfortable room, quiet night, free breakfast. Exactly what one wants when staying one evening, traveling for business.

We were here for a meeting, one night stay. It was one of the better stays at a hotel I have had. More channels on tv, still nothing on. The bed was really comfortable and the room was really nice. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was nice and varied. Eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, bagels, coffee and juice. About a 2 minute drive from Bucknell University.
Don't think I'll be back in the area but if I ever am, i would stay here again.

It's a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Lovely people, and good service. The breakfast in the morning was very poor, the only good thing I could find was a make your own waffle station. Overall I think this place is ideal for a family only staying a night or two.

Everyone is so pleasant. The rooms were very clean. The front desk was so accommodating. Thank you.

Decent sized rooms. Was able to fit 6 people pretty comfortably. Only complaint is that the breakfast area was a little small but it had plenty of stuff.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Made a great overnight to drop my son off at Woodward which is about 35 minutes away.

This particular hotel, the staff works their butts off for you. A better stay here than in other hotels in Lewisburg

Nice clean and well kept rooms. But honestly.it was the service that gets this rating. Our daughter got sick while we staying here (I will spare the details). The staff helped to clean up the mess and were wonderful in the process. Anything we needed, they were there for. We do not stay in hotels often.but if all Comfort Suites staff are like this we will be staying here more. As for this particular location, this is now our go to for when we are visiting the area!

Nice clean comfortable rooms with wifi. Breakfast included though not vast amount of choice it does get refilled.

I stayed there overnight in order to visit Buck bell the following morning, which I'm sure is why most guests will stay there. Overall, it was a good hotel. Nothing fancy, but very cheap
