This has been one of the worst hotels me and my family have stayed in rooms were good but the people at the front desk were very rude and unaccommodating they had really bad attitudes I came down from my room 4 different times for new keys and was told 4 different times idk what I’m doing let me show you.he came to find out it wasn’t me the first time he blamed my credit card, phone fine ok the next 3 times card was in my hand. Then he came up him self to prove a point that was wrong.also my family and I were in rest area sitting on couch we were very rudely asked to get up and move so they can clean.check out is 12 they were banging on our door at 11: 15 for clean up mean while wouldn’t let us check in till 3pm sharpe which rules are rules we went in at 2: 45 and very rudely was told check in is 3.all in all I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy we usually stay here every year at this time… not anymore

Mountain view means you can't close the curtains and have a bright light in your eyes all night. Clean, but stuffy air quality.

Very nice stay in this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Not just the rooms. The halls, ice/washing machine room, front desk, and breakfast area were just as clean too. The beds comfortable. The TV guide was easy to use also. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Me and my husband was in town for work and made Comfort Suites our home for all of the 3 months. The rooms are large, with a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. They are extremely thorough on cleaning. The beds are so comfortable (sheets are amazingly soft). They have a nice little arcade/game room, beautiful indoor pool area and a snack shop. The views are worth seeing. The staff are always smiling, always say hello, and very welcoming. We never had time to enjoy their breakfast but every morning it smelt amazing and the dining room was always full of guest. If you are in the area, this hotel is the place to stay. Warning, you may not want to leave the bed though.

I wouldn't recommend this place for reserving for events. I understand that mistakes happen, and I don't even expect an apology, but I do not expect to be blamed for their putting my event date wrong in their calendar.

There were a few red flags I should have taken into consideration sooner. Firstly, there is no sales manager who specifically deals with renting halls, you're just met with confused workers on the phone who say to call back when the manager is in.

Two, almost every time I called them again to confirm meeting times, details, etc, they always sounded confused.

Three, no deposit to put down or paperwork to sign to guarantee you the spot.

The day I visited the halls I explained the date, and how it was a Saturday. I even received one call (surprisingly) saying I can come in the night before, a Friday, to talk about how I would want the room setup for the next day. So I thought everything was fine.

THEN, I get a random phone call on a Wednesday, at 4pm during a snow storm, saying I never showed up for the room (in January for an event in March). Firstly I'm happy I called the number back, because they never left a voicemail. Also, my reservation was supposed to start at 10am, why did they wait until 4pm to ask about why I didn't show up? Why didn't they call the day before about why I didn't show up to discuss how I wanted the room arranged? Both the man on the phone and woman most definitely believed the error was on my end. When I then asked whether my date would be available, they said "I'm not sure, I'd have to check and we will call you back. " Never received a call back until I reached out to them where i was just met with more accusations of never showing up. So save yourself the headache and don't book their hall. Clearly they must not get much money form renting it, otherwise they may have cared more about being organized with it.

Great hotel, great staff, and clean rooms. I stay here all the time for work and this is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are always clean, the breakfast is nice, and the location is convenient. The pool is back open too!

This is simply the nicest choice hotel I have ever stayed in.

First time here. I used to stay at the Sleep Inn in Dunmore which has gone down in quality and service over the last few years.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was well stocked and adequate, there is a game room with a pool table and table hockey and several video games. And a swimming pool and hot tub available.

After walking around to see everything in the hotel when I walked back into the lobby, I saw a worker with disinfectant cleaning off the luggage racks which was very nice to see!

Clean, comfortable, courteous and attentive front desk workers. Not at all overpriced either.

I will be staying here again!

Terrible breakfast. I booked this place because it included breakfast, but there was nothing available at 830 am. There were apples and banana left, so I grabbed an apple. The cereal machine wasn’t working and there was no milk. This was the worst breakfast I have seen at a hotel period, and I am not one to complain. They need a person who is actively monitoring the breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located near Route 81 and several restaurants and stores. It is also not far from Nay Aug Park. The value was good for this type of hotel, less expensive than most in that area. The rooms were large with an extra living room area with a sofa and coffee table. Bathrooms were tiny, with the sink outside the room, so no privacy when using the sink and mirror. With the bathroom so small it was hard to maneuver around the door to get in and out of the bathroom. The hotel had vending machines and a place in the lobby to buy snacks and travel necessities. Overall we had a nice stay here.

We stayed at several hotels on this trip and this was by far the best one. The rooms were clean, the bed was so comfortable it was like laying on a cloud. The only bad this I can say is the bathroom was a bit small and the door opens inward making it hard to close once you're in there. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thank you for a great stay.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel. Kelly was welcoming and even asked us how our stay was and made sure we had a comfortable stay! They also serves complimentary breakfast. Breakfast area was neat and clean. Good place to stay between drives, almost touching the interstate.

Disappointed with my stay this time again, I asked for a suite at the 2nd or third floor and the lady at the desk told me that was everything booked for that night, this is not correct, was not to many customers that night the parking lot had about 10 cars, I wanted to buy snacks from the lobby shop and she told me that no credit cards accepted only cash, not to mention the fact that the mattress was horrible and very noisy every time I was turning, bad experience all the way around

Cons:
-Pool was closed
-Fitness room was closed
-Game room game, ate my money
-Breakfast was very bleak

Overall nice hotel, it has a nice vibe. I am just upset that the pool was not open and a game took my money without working (motorcycle one). I also wish the breakfast had at least a waffle machine or something interesting lol!

This is a very nice place. The room is very clean and has everything you would expect in business suite hotel. No complaints at all.
