Comix Connection - Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township PA

I'm thoroughly disappointed in this place as of now. I used to like this place, but on Free Comic Book day they have made me realize that they are bad for business, telling their customers they received 2 sets of an item, for their employees! And they did not limit the other 2 sets they had for sale to 1 item per customer! And this was a limited edition item, it's such BS. I used to shop here a lot, but they aren't getting my business anymore!

This comic store had a good assortment of comics; however, it’s a little hard to justify some of the pricing. It didn’t bother me too much, as I did buy a small stack of some good books. The main issues I had was trying to look at comics off the shelf. I was so nervous that I was going to flip some over. Another issue I had was the fact that my family and I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and the employee or owner (most likely an employee as I asked some questions and he was extremely unhelpful) was rushing me and them out. I am usually pretty good about knowing what I want and go through comics relatively quickly. I didn’t get a chance to dive into some more books. This is not a good business tactic. I was probably going to spend more money, but I couldn’t as I was being rushed out like the peasant (who had money to burn on some good priced books). Was not happy with the experience. It was a shame because I actually liked the books and the overall store. The organization and the rude employee was the only problems.

The kiddos and I went yesterday to comix. It was very cool. Im not a huge comic guy but this dude had alot of stuff!

The service is good people are friendly but unlike most shops there is no discount on there subscriptions.

Good inventory. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. When they didn't carry something I was looking for, they even referred me to someone who might.

Very large selection of new comics and recent back issues at reasonable prices. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My only disappointment was the scarcity of Golden Age comics, but they may be housed in the sister store in York.
Masks are required due to COVID-19 concerns.

I've been collecting comics for 45 years. I felt Profiled, Harrassed. I wear a mask properly. I pulled it from my face for 2 seconds to adjust my foggy glasses. I was immediately scolded. I moved 15 feet down the isle. I pulled my mask to adjust. The Person at the counter scolded me again. I spent $175.00. Ill never be back. I was a customer since the Store opened.

This store has been feeding my comic addiction since middle school. They are friendly, well-informed, and eager to match you with new comics and titles you will love! I have never had a recommendation that didn’t end up being a perfect match.

They have gone out of their way to assist customers during this pandemic in ways that keep everyone safe, and have done a phenomenal job!

I would never go anywhere else for my comics and you shouldn’t either!

I felt welcomed and safe at the store before the pandemic. Now, even with the pandemic still occurring, I feel just as welcomed and safe with the mask signage and the the staff

Great selection of comics and related merchandise. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Very happy with their recent COVID protocols like enforcing mask wearing and offering curbside pickup. Always happy to shop here.

They have a lot of comics to choose from with new comics released on Wednesday and they will gladly hold a comic for you

The comix connection has always been my favorite place to shop. The staff and owners do an amazing job helping me and my family find comics on what our interests are. Its also a place that I could easily take my children as they have comics for all ages. Not only that but they can order books for you pretty quickly too!

During these crazy covid times they make sure everyone stays safe and was one of the first places I made sure to visit once we were out of lockdown. Amazing shop!

I had not been in a comic store in 30 years.yes I'm dating myself as older. I had my finances two kids and the experience was awesome. From the moment we walked in until we opened the door to leave, we had a great time and the staff member was phenomenal. Thank you so much!

The folks who own and run this store make EVERY experience shopping there a good one. They get to know their customers, and on each visit, freely share their knowledge about new arrivals that may suit you. We have rediscovered our joy of comics, and there is a HUGE selection of graphic novels and other reading materials available here. Our Kids (ages 10 and 16,) find just as much wonderful stuff as we do. The "little kids" section is right in the front of the store, so You can bring Your little ones in and find comics / books for them without having to walk them past materials that are too grown up for them. This store is Wonderful.

They always have what I am looking for and if its not in stock they are always helpful in ordering what you need
