Commercial Turf Fertilization, Erie PA

I had been using another company for many years that had an office in Erie handling all the clients locally. When that existed things were great. But, like other companies they decided to close the Erie office (techs run out Erie). They shipped the call center somewhere out of state, talking to people that did not know me or what was best for me. Got to the point that communications got very poor concerning appointment times and payments. Also, the local general manager was upset with me saying I stopped/cancelled appointments, which I did not. Claimed the main call center said I did 3 times, which never happened. Always had a good relationship with the manager and the tech, but somehow, he did not believe me. That was the end of my service with them.
I will say that the cost of Commercial Lawn Turf is more expensive, but the results are amazing. My tech is “Antonio” and I kid him all the time as to what the heck they put in their stuff. He told me it is merely they deal with a company that sells a high quality fertilizer and it is not diluted. It is very comforting to know that I can talk to him directly anytime concerning my needs or have any questions on how to make things good, but yet affordable for me. Antonio is very professional and friendly, and wealth of information compared to the other company. I made a referral to a friend that had big problems and he is happy with the service. The office staff is “SUPER” to deal with, the girls are always nice and friendly and also help with my needs concerning payment. Just hope the company never moves their local office out of state. All I can say to Commercial Turf executives, STAY THE SAME AND DO NOT CHANGE! Your system and management is working. There is nothing to improve on.

Update: still lots of issues in my small yard but working with them on it year 2. We will see what it brings. Just starting up with them good response didn't get my invoice early took time to fix issue. Update 2 paid for things that I didn't get certain weeds never got taken care of. I guess it's better we just do it ourselves our yard isn't worth having larger equipment ment for big yards, too costly.

Had Com Turf aerate and overseed. Services were well priced and staff were friendly and helpful. Plan to use them again in the spring and would recommend them.
