Commonwealth Auto Tags, Audubon PA

I visited Commonwealth Auto Tags in Audubon yesterday to transfer the title of a car I inherited. I was missing the current insurance card, and Linda was helpful, patient and kind in helping me. I highly recommend using this location.

Worked with Adrianne to get 28 vehicles transferred and titled; she was professional and very responsive. If she didn't know the answer to something, she researched and called me right back. Will definitely work with this office in the future.

Unbelievably rude lady at the front counter. I asked about needing new tags from a replacement windshield and she yelled at me saying "I wish they would stop sending people here". Then ignored my question where I could go instead. Luckily another customer was really nice and helped me out.

Robin made things happen for me and my brother on very short notice. I would recommend this place for sure

Went in to get a new vanity plate. She explained all the details to me and even though they said it could take up to 3 months I had it within 3 weeks. Great to deal with!

I went to this location 3 previous times over the past 6 months, each time only to be told I needed additional information (that wasn’t mentioned the previous visit). As a new resident from TN, one of the attendants gave me the run-around for 6 months. After getting a new title, two separate gift affidavits (all to register the car I’ve owned outright for 10 years from the time I was 16 - now 25), she still rejected me. Finally, today, I came back for my magic ‘4th time’s a charm’. Thankfully, I was welcomed, greeted, and helped by Linda. She was so helpful, so nice, and so gracious to me. Within 15 min I was out of there with my new registration and PA license plate. Customer service everywhere desperately needs more Linda’s.

Despite Robin being very busy, she was patient and efficient.

She made the process seamless and less stressful. The location was very busy and may benefit from additional help.

Linda was Fantastic. I had a more complex out of state transfers and registrations for two cars and a trailer. She was fast, efficient and courteous. Extremely helpful. Thank you.

So glad to have found CT. Stacy was highly professional, courteous and patient when I had a silly problem with producing my insurance. I am extremely glad that this aspect of my move to PA is done, thanks to Stacy.

Had absolutely stellar service from here. Woman who helped us with was incredibly gracious and accommodating with my 97 year old father, meeting him in the parking lot so he wouldn't have to stand in line, etc. Would highly recommend this business.

Would give 0 stars. My wife called to ask a very simple question to clarify something she did not understand. The woman laughed at her question and made her feel bad.
