They never do what they says. The doc didn’t send scripts over. I’m left untreated. My insurance pays for visits and I want to get treated for my visits. I called office over 25 times nobody works there. My doctor doesn’t know what meds my insurance covers. I’m not sure if this office has any idea what they are doing. Nobody is ever there to pick up the phone and the doc doesn’t send meds to pharmacy. It’s been a week. Called over 25 times nobody works there. I need somebody’s number to get my meds. I need better help. Does any know if this off or is real?

They never return my call. I've left over 6 voice-mails over the past month to make an intake appointment and no one has returned my call.
