4No one ever answers the phone here, the automated message that directs you to press zero to speak with someone is on a repetitive loop.
It is Monday July 10,2023. I started calling at 11: 28, where I was repeatedly hung up on until 12: 01 when someone finally talked on the other end. I stated my name & then asked who I was speaking with, which they did NOT want to reveal. When I asked again they told me Sara from the billing department. This place is ridiculous & I thank God it wasn't an emergency
This pa that saw my daughter put wrong stuff in his report stuff I didn’t even say and I will report this man front desk and nurse was very sweet
I’ve been waiting here for 3 hours now. EVERYTIME IM HERE THIS HAPPENS. I hate the fact that they have no staff and refuse to get more. I’m done with this.
