I would like to say Samira harper was the host of the hostess. She’s very polite, very educational in her job, and I would recommend this unit to anyone that needs a storage unit.

Damien was so nice and so funny, he went with me to show me access to the storage units and let me decide which unit I wanted and he was patient I fasure recommend this storage place!

Beware! You cannot make payment arrangements here! You cannot pay half of your bill! Crazy right? They blame it on computers.lol Furthermore.the workers smoke weed there on Saturday mornings frequently. So, glad my stuff is out of there!

Horrible place. If I could give them negative stars I would. From the get-go I had a very lackluster experience with this place, starting with their staff. Additionally, the facilities are not well maintained at all and quite dirty. Overall though, management and their staff are the biggest reason why I stopped utilizing this place.

I understand that working with the public can be incredibly difficult at times, however, I have never had a positive experience with the staff here. They are incredibly rude and demeaning and ultimately do not care about their customers. I still cringe every time I drive by this facility because of the terrible experiences that I had there. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I love it here. Simerrah’s customer service is amazing. She explained everything very well and made the process mad easy. The site itself is well maintained and very spacious.

Andrea & Simerrah was sooo sweet and helpful. When I called the day before Andrea helped with questions I had and when I came in the store both were very helpful and so sweet.

Complete get over! I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here they give out false narratives about payment! I was told one time payment a month with a late fee they’re now adding other funds that wasn’t added when I first talked to them about the policy.
I will be taken my belongings and going else where, don’t spend your hard earned money with them if you don’t want to get rip off. I will be reporting the issue just given my honest review on the place

My experience was amazing very fast clean and professional simerrah was an very nice and informative I highly recommend using this storage!

Me and my mom had a great experience here! Damon was such a helpful person and he had such great customer service and he was very nice. That’s part of the reason why we decided to get the storage locker, he didn’t have an issue with showing us lockers on different floors either. If you’re looking for a storage locker, this is the place to be!

Hey man look, you talking bout professionalism, smh, I came in last Saturday. Talk to DAME, broke! He laid out everything I needed, I told him I’ll be back, he said he be here for me.
