Great customer service, convenient to unload and leave the U-Haul here. Deja and Steven were very friendly, and helped me get set up. Will be recommending this spot to folks who need storage.

I have rented from compass for three months I pay 300.00 bucks ALL my wooden furniture has water damage an mold growing on or in it I seen dead mice they didn't clean up up they take your insurance money for you to have to call someone else for items in there leaky building

I was looking for a storage unit for the summer and came across Compass Self Storage in my search. The prices were very good and the location was convenient, but what really impressed me was the service I got at the location. Being completely new, I asked a lot of questions and Kayla, the representative there, helped me with all my needs. She walked me through each plan and made some great recommendations based on what I had. Recognizing that I also required a U-Haul, Kayla stepped up and arranged that for me as well.

My experience with Compass Self Storage was thoroughly positive, owing in large part to the facility's quality and the service I got from Kayla. She made things really seamless and it’s that level of service that will make me come back here again if I need to. Five stars!

He even reminded me I wanted something to cover my furniture while it was there. Renting the unit was quick and easy, and he helped walk me through the process without any stress.
