Complete Care Family Dentistry LLC, Philadelphia PA

2 dentists filled in my teeth plus the receptionist very uncomfortable. Went back due to the bad fill ins and they could not fix it referred me to someone else. This is an updated review, i tried this dentist and will not be sticking with them.

I was on here looking for another place and saw this office (the reason i was looking for the other place). Im shocked at all the good reviews. I had a terrible experience here. My filling broke on my front tooth that I got done somewhere else years ago. I decided to give this place a try since it was nearby. I wasn’t shown my tooth after it was finished. Luckily I looked myself because they left my front tooth chipped and crooked. I looked crazy. It’s like they made the broken part smooth and that’s it. I had a full tooth before my filling broke.

The woman at the front desk tried to fix it by giving me one big tooth that connected my front tooth to the smaller one next to it. I couldn’t even floss. I had an appt for more work and we agreed that I would fix it then because I had to go. I went back like 3 more times and each time they kept putting off fixing this tooth all while pushing other stuff on me. The last time I lost my patience and she finally looked at it.

She eventually tried to put some kind of line btwn them so I could floss. That didn’t work and she put something on it that looked like cement and once again my tooth looked crazy. This was 2 yrs ago, but I see her picture up there so I figured I’d share. I’m still trying to get this tooth right. I had a crown done by them that needs to be replaced. That dentist was so rude to me. The crown was too tight and he yelled at me when I kept telling him it hurt. I had to get the other fillings replaced because they all crumbled away. There was one older Black woman there that was really good and nice. Hopefully they’re under new management now.

I had a great experience at Complete Care Family Dentistry. When I first entered to make my appointment, I was greeted with the most kindest and friendliest front desk associates, Shanae & Chris. And once I arrived for my actual appointment, yet again, I was met with the same courtesy, warmth, and humorous friendliness from the dental hygienist Ella, and Dr Jones who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and considerate. Also, the building, equipment, and staff's appearances were clean and neat which is top on my priority list. Thank you Team, I will tell others. And as long as my insurance allows, (in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger) "I'll be back"

I'm in love with everyone at CCFD. From the staff at the front desk to sweet kind Ms. Ella's, and the Doctors everyone was excellent. The office was also clean. Thank you showing the up most expertise.

Everyone was super friendly and easy going. Dr. Jones takes time to explain the issue and make recommendations that puts you at ease.

We love love love Everything about complete Care Family Dentistry. We feel like family at every visit; my favorite of many is the 24-48hrs reminder/appointment verification call.

It was so nice inside the staff was so friendly and nice and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor made sure to clarify everything I needed to know about my treatment and was super nice and informative.
