I would like to express how grateful we are with CNS, they did what it seemed to be impossible for us, our company was going out of business due to unsatisfactory rating and they guide us through the process to get it back to non rated, it was hard and difficult since there were a lot of things we were doing wrong, but at the end, they helped us on the perfect way and gave us our rating back to non rated, all I could say is that I'm surprise and Rachel was by far the best rep I could get, she is outstanding and I thank her with all my heart for all the help she gave us 10 out of 10! I didn't train with CNS. I was trained in house where I was hired, but tested at CNS. That said, I had the opportunity to watch CNS trainers work with their students, as well as watching another training facility work with their students. You can be sure that if you choose CNS to train you for a CDL that your training will be purposeful, thorough, and personal. My tester Jeff, was exceedingly supportive, while at the same time being as demanding as one would hope testers would be, of due diligence from the people he tests. I left confident in my learning, knowing how high Jeff holds the bar. If you're looking for an independent CDL testing and training facility, I highly recommend both CNS, and Jeff.

Rachel and the staff over at CNS is phenomenal. They are extremely professional and execution was world class. They got me upgraded within 4 days of submission from a “Conditional” to a “Satisfactory”. Communication was unparalleled throughout the entire process.

A few years ago, the company we were using for DOT compliance failed several times to get our DOT rating upgraded, that was after they failed to protect us during the initial new entrant DOT audit. That's when we reached out to CNS and our only regret, is not switching to CNS sooner! In less than one month, our rating was upgraded. CNS's first attempt! Our account manager, Michael Kauffman, is extremely knowledgeable on everything DOT! They are not only knowledgeable, but very thorough. We receive updates frequently of what driver's need updated info in their file, or updated med cards, etc. They also do our IFTA reports, which saves me so much time! They go above and beyond.for example, they just sent us a report with all the drivers and their speeding and harsh events statistics. They are doing everything possible to help us prevent accidents, speeding tickets, DOT violations, and the list goes on.

So, if you are reading this, you are probably as frustrated as I was a couple years ago, with some big name company (not going to name names) doing our CDL files and drug screening pools.time to change it up. Switch to CNS and you will not be disappointed!
