He was able to quickly diagnose my problem as being a bad motherboard. He recommended a better brand than the one i had purchased. He ordered a new one for me, had everything installed and put back together (I had given him a mess), loaded all the software I requested and had me up and running in no time. Eric was very professional and had to clean up my computer that was hacked. He then had to transfer data from that computer to a new computer and add a new antivirus. In addition, he updated my passwords to the new computer. I would recommend Eric to fix any computer problems.
