I am extremely pleased with the service Derek and Kennedy provided me. They clearly understood my computer problems and addressed all issues. I am pleased to make these comments. I was most impressed with their timely effective service and it was great value. Thanks.

While the folks at CompuGig weren't able to fix my problem, everyone I interacted with was friendly and they looked into my issue very quickly.

I've only listed them as 4 stars as I was referred to a very expensive data recovery service, which in reality was not necessary. I did some additional research on my own and was able to send my hard drive away to be fixed for only $60 (only the electrical component needed replacing). I don't necessarily blame them since it was a very weird issue, but I wish they had done a bit more research before throwing in the towel.

I know many folks who would have just taken their word and gone for the expensive service. Make sure to do your own research!

Had my cracked pc laptop screen replaced at Compugig. The replaced screen quality was not up to what I had on my original screen. When I expressed my concern to them, they were anxious to make me happy. They replaced the screen promptly and without question. I was very pleased with their quick response to my problem and would recommend their services.

Great customer service! This family owned business really puts their customers first and gives you a personal experience that would never happen at a big box store or online. Support local businesses!

Had a very positive experience @ CompuGig / Cranberry. My recently out-of-warranty laptop had a cooling fan issue which they quickly diagnosed & ordered parts for. The fans arrived a few days later & were installed within an hour. Great staff / great service - thank you!

Police called on me what the heck? ! Okay so I don't normally leave 1 star reviews you can check my history. I went in here with the intention of buying charger for my laptop. The shop seemed super cool and modern. They SHOOK MY HAND WHEN I ENTERED. This would have been cool and high class if they hadn't stabbed me in the back with a smile shortly after. Detectives, officers, like a whole squad rolled up and I come to find out that the shop was accusing me of stealing our my own computer from god knows where. The officers were really cool about it so I can tell this happens all the time at this place. Probably why it is EMPTY because they call the cops on everyone. Anyway, so the officer checked the serial number on the laptop and was like "okay yeah its not stolen". So its like if you bring any sort of decent computer here they will call the cops on you it appears from my experience. I just don't understand it. The MICROSOFT STORE didn't call the cops on me when I needed parts the APPLE store never threatened me with an arrest. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL guys I was extremely offended. I ended up not buying anything and will never come back because I shouldn't literally loose sleep over an event that had be shaken up all night. What is wrong with people these days.

My technician and I were accosted by police that was called upon us today for merely shopping for simple components (ram/ssd/cpu/psu) for our laptops and desktops, which they stocked at a fair price. It's 2am, and both of us have been traumatized and have been crying all night about it. The extra hour wasted by the store owners having police taking pictures of our computers to "make sure they aren't stolen" was unwarranted as we were detained for no reason for an hour and also followed to our car. These people must be mentally unstable to label computer technicians as criminals. We weren't selling these computers and told them they were ours as gifts. The clerk took our laptops to the back without permission and forced my technician to fill out a form asking him for his passwords, when he was only asking to buy a power cord. They wasted an hour of our client's time who was waiting ($65/hr) to which we were reprimanded with negative metrics and remarks on my technician's new profile. This also delayed our dinner plans. We didn't steal our computers, one was kindly given to us by DigiTech down the street, while the others came from a medical doctor that retired last week. I do not feel comfortable to ever return or recommend your store. I was implied they treated other customers this way. I am a former Radioshack employee who ranked top 5 in 5 districts over 8 years. I would have never called detectives to take photos of 'suspected' customers just because this store believed our new gear didn't belong to us. Nothing in our conversations gave this away, only that we were missing power supplies we came there to buy. I will be returning the gifts that were given to me and my technician will also leave his version of a review. You should have never treated your customers this way. This is insane, I'm still crying as to why you called the cops, saying we were possible criminals. I've lost faith in humanity. Please delete our information from your databases. We hate you for ruining our nights over nothing. We had over $3k saved up for the gear we were about to purchase from you. Instead, we will shop at DigiTech, instead because he is a very nice owner that never judged us. What you did to us was insane.

Co-owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful of other's time. Techs will leave issues unresolved if they weren't explicitly addressed beforehand without even bringing it to the customer's attention. Very disorganized business, stemming from rampant mismanagement. Even first entering the shop looks like a ghost town, shelves are barren and empty save for some unmarked cardboard boxes under the display racks. I'd recommend anywhere else. Best Buy might be more expensive, but they act professional and take their business and customers seriously.

Dropped off a work computer. Took it in without any issues, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Aside from the fantastic selection of music playing in store, they had a wide assortment of products on display. Highly recommend if you need any repairs for your computers, or if you’re in the need for a new computer, or even a new monitor. Hope this helps push someone who’s on the fence about these guys.

I am a commercial real estate appraiser and use my computer every day for work. I have two laptop units that are vital to my livelihood. On a Monday morning I sat at my computer and found it was under attack via a virus. My wife got on hers shortly after and it was showing the same message. I contacted CompuGig and was going to have them login and check them out. They said they were afraid of logging on due to a possible threat to their network. They said bring them in immediately so I dropped them off at 9: 30 that morning. They know how vital these computers are to my business and they were both repaired the same day which is almost unheard of in this industry. The price was more than fair and the service was way beyond my expectations.

Charged a large price for a used computer. They never said it could not be upgraded to the newest OS. Was nice about exchanging the accessory though.

I recently purchased a new Dell Inspiron 157000 and took it to Compu Gig along with my old computer, and my external drive to be set up. My experience with Compu Gig could not have been any better. Everyone at Compu Gig is friendly and more than helpful. After setting up my computer at home I encountered a few minor problems that I of course could not handle myself. I called Compu Gig and the were more than happy to assist me. Hats off to Donny, Jason, Beth, Libby, and Shelby. Anyone needing computer assistance will be completely satisfied at Compu Gig.
