Rude phone experience.

Whoever I was speaking to decided to hang up on me while I was talking to them about my computer issue. Additionally, I was even rudely interrupted while explaining how I first got the issue.

The were very professional knowledgeable and they explained it to me, so I could understand.very cool logo design outside. Manny was great

When I first called, they said it would be $55 to look at the computer and if they didn't need to install parts, that would be the whole cost. They called 24 hours later, said it was dust stuck in the fan, I asked if I could pick up the computer, they said they wanted to run more diagnostics. 48 hours of my calling without response later, I was able to pick up the computer, charged $150 without explanation and when I got home the problem persisted. They were so hard to reach and their costs so opaque, I did not want to bring the computer back to them. DO not recommend.

I would highly recommend taking your computer here. Some of the most polite and professional people I have ever encountered. They have been brilliantly responsive. They lay out their plan and expectations incredibly clearly. If I ever have any issue with a computer again, I will be taking it here. Thank you!

I had been dealing well over a year with an 8-year-old one terabyte iMac.which I figured should hold all my media. Numerous hours and hours with Apple did not help the beach ball from spinning and so much would not work. These guys explained a bit about the industry and I bought a new one with Apple and Computer Guy's recommendation. But Apple ordered me one that was too small to hold all my stuff. So Computer Guy held my computer and waited til Apple sent another one-terabyte computer, from Ireland, where they make them. And born in the 40s, it is still not easy for me to navigate digital devices but folks at this place are helpful and friendly and patient. Definitely recommended and would go back again.

Customer service is amazing. I brought my laptop in BC it was running super slow and it turns out I never gave it a chance to fully update.these guys could have charged me an arm and a leg but they were honest and I appreciate that in today's world.they could have told me anything and I would have believed it. Absolutely recommend

I recently had my computer serviced with Scott and his staff once again for another tuneup and overall clean up. His technicians go above and beyond the extent of taking care of your computer as if it is their own.
Fast service and certainly more than 100 percent satisfaction which is worth every single dollar spent.
I can say this, there are numerous computer services center in the Philadelphia area Computer Guy has the most convent hours and actually answers his Phone after hours for assistance should you have any issues. This is absolutely why I continuously bring my system to them.

Let me tell you. These guys are the best since the invention of sliced bread. I regret that I can only give them 5 stars out of 5. When my old computer crashed with the "Blue Screen of Death", I thought I was done. You could have struck a fork in me, that's how "Done" I was feeling. My sister told be about the "Computer Guy" company. She has been using them for years and they always solved here problems. So, I gave them a call. Spoke with a gentleman whose name is AL. I asked if they could fix my 11 year old/Windows Xp computer. Al said, why spend the money on an old computer when we can take your files off the old one and put them on a new one! Made sense to me. So, Al researched several computers and made his recommendations. I wanted a desk top that war using Windows-7. I picked the Dell computer because I have always had Dell computers. I ordered the Dell-3650 desk top, it came in, I took that and my old computer and dropped it off at their place of business. In a few days, Al called me and said it was ready to be installed. I asked if they could come to the house and install it for me. "Certainly" was his reply.
We set a time and date, Al came to the house, set up the new desk top using my existing [printer and speaker system. Took about an hour and "Taa-Daaaaaaaaaaaaaa. I was good to go. Let me tell you. If the other Tech's are as good as Al, well, you need not go any further. The price was very reasonable, the service is excellent, and I will never, ever use anyone else. There, I said it, and that's my "Final Answer"!

Smart people working here and quite nice too. I've had them work on my wife's laptop and recently our all-in-one home computer.

This is the go to place for computer repair. I have been coming there for years. They know what they are doing. They are honest. They are extremely knowledgeable. And their prices are right. I've used Computer Guys FOR YEARS! They've actually picked my computer up from my home, fixed it and delivered it back and set it up. Years later I'm using their services to set up my YouTube Channel. Yes they set up websites and Youtube Channels. They're gonna make me a star!
