Really fast and great service. My specific cost was a bit high, but that's probably due to the brand of PC plus trying to get things shipped from our of the country during this time.

I took my year and 5 month old Lenovo Yoga Laptop in for fan noises/getting hot. Jeff identified the reason immediately, everything was seamless from there! I did hear the fan post pick up, however it wasn't alarmingly noisy. So far, So Good. I'll keep y'all posted)

My computer got water in it and they started it up without it being completely dry, causing the motherboard to burn out. They personally took my screen off and I found it cracked, but they denied knowing it was cracked, making it hard to believe. Their negligence caused my computer to never boot up again and I lost $2400 with no evidence to argue with them.
The man was not professional or friendly at all, he would only tell me that liquid damage is damage, but I am 100% sure that the short circuit was caused by turning on the machine without cleaning and drying it completely. They should apologize and compensate me for this.

Had my hard drive fail during an exam week and they were able to fix it the same day! Very fast and responsive, great service. If I have any other computer issues in the future this is where I'll go.

Phenomenal Experience. Came in the morning with a pretty serious laptop issue (wouldn't even boot properly), had it back in 3 hours for a very reasonable price.

The positive reviews convinced me to give this place a try and I'm so happy I decided to. My laptop would not turn on and there was no light showing when plugged in to a charger. Best buy told me they would have to send it out (6-8 weeks) and it would likely be the motherboard and the cost to fix it wouldn't be worth it and to buy a new laptop. It's only a year old. I called Phone Repair Philly, was able to drop off same day (Saturday) and it was ready for pickup on Monday. It was a simple fix. Saved so much money!
