The health care professional doing my test did not have her mask on properly. I was there for a respirator test. The hood used for my test was NOT cleaned between patients. Woman told me it "took too long. We'd be here all day. " I insisted on a clean hood. The only reason I was there wan because my employer set this up for OUR safety. Communal pens, not sanitary. Can't believe this is a healthcare facility.

I arrived shortly before 1030 for my 1030 appointment. I filled out the necessary paperwork and utilized my smartphone to complete the questionnaire and was ready to be seen by 1045. I sat in the waiting room until 1145 without a word as to what was taking so long for a physical and urinalysis required by my new employer. Once I was placed in a room I completed my urinalysis post haste (as I had already been waiting for over an hour with a full bladder). I spoke to the nurse who said it would only be a short wait. I sat in the room for another hour waiting for the doctor to perform a physical that took less than 10 minutes. For something so simple as a urinalysis and physical it should not have been a two hour ordeal in the middle of my work day at my brand new employer.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor. They didn’t really do much for me. The building was freezing cold. Staff wasn’t very nice. They seemed to hate their jobs. Manners of staff were not they great either.

Horrible customer service and they take 3 hours to even take you back. If you have an "urgent" emergency DO NOT COME HERE.

Showed up early for this visit. And we’re still waiting to even know what’s going on. This place is horrible! I do NOT recommend at all!

They're very friendly very professional good staff yes I would recommend this place for CDL drivers come on down very helpful place.

Not taking insurance, so they immediately refer you somewhere else. It's $110 for an office visit.

Well since I'm on my boyfriend's account anyways this place sucks and wouldn't let me go back with my boyfriend as a concerning girlfriend I'd rather be there for my boyfriend. Work wanted him to go here and this place sucks. All better care is so much better then this place.

Place is horrible went for dot card office uses wrist blood pressure machine which is not industry standard practice as they are extremely inaccurate and not recommended by the AMA for just that reason. While there every person being there blood pressure take was hypertensive. What are the odds of that being the case? If you need a dot card I recommend going elsewhere.

Really wish we could give this place a negative stars rating. If you need urgent care you might die waiting they are so slow. 3 hour wait to have blood pressure taken and issued a medical card. We will never come back here again.

Nice staff. But anytime I've ever been here I have waited NO LESS than an hour and a half to be seen. Basically, be prepared to wait at least an hour to be seen when you visit this location. I've been waiting currently while writing this for over an hour, when I arrived there was ONE person besides me here. And they even waited at least 45 minutes to be seen.

Extremely long wait. I'm here for a mandatory eye exam for work and have been waiting over 2 hours to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous, they have called 3 people in the past 2 hours.
