Concentra Urgent Care, Harrisburg PA

Waited 2.5 hours for bloodwork and 2 injections. Worse blood work of my life it hurt so bad and the injections were even worse! I will not go back there for any thing else.

My Experience at Concentra was great. They got me in relatively quickly for my shot and the staff is extremely friendly and personable.
I would definitely visit again and I'd also refer my friends to also use Concentra.

Concentra staff were extremely professional.
I had my elderly handicapped mother with me, and could not have ask for better staff to assist with her.

Concentra Urgent Care, was prompt, clean, kind, and respectful. I recommend there service to any one.

The staff could not be nicer! They greeted us, were friendly, and the nurses and doctors went above and beyond the call of duty. My only complaint, which kept them from receiving a five was the wait time. I was there for a follow up appointment which was scheduled for 10: 45 AM on a Saturday morning. I was not seen in the office until 1130. Other than that I couldn’t say more nice things about the service.

The receptionist was very professional and congenial. My wait was not long which was great. The person who conducted the test was very professional and to the point which I expected, yet his demeanor changed after the business at hand was completed and became relaxed and personable.

I had a grade 10 migraine and the workers here were so nice, turned off the light to help me be more comfortable. The doctor even remembered me from 2 years ago. She was very quick to get in the room and prescribe me shots. I was in and out of there, feeling SOOOOO MUCH better, in less than an hour!

I've been waiting for the doctor for an hour and he does not arrive with appointments for 5: 45. They leave you in a room, they all pass you by the front and I do not regret to say it, but this is my second time here and they go bad

Concentra is one of the best urget care u can visit I'm very satisfied with care they give fast and good staff thank you

Everyone I talked to seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Every step from check in to check out was smooth and the staff didn’t waste my time. The physician was very familiar with my job, a truck driver. That was cool. I did think the wait time in the exam room, 20 minutes plus was a bit excessive. That might be due to my impatience, lack of understanding about how long it should take and the fact that I was sitting around in a gown waiting. All in all, I was quite happy with the visit.

I had a fall and needed stitches, and waited only a few minutes on a Saturday, which was amazing. They did a nice job and I was done in about 30 minutes.

I drive trucks n was pulled for medical my pressure was up they gave me time to relax because of my situation and with their hospitality I relaxed pressure was down and all was well. Good people

Steve was great. He made me comfortable and at home. My veins are normally difficult to find and draw blood from because they're sideways. He found my vein and drew blood on the first try with no trouble I was thoroughly impressed with him and his bedside manner. Definitely deserves a raise or PTO

Very good experience. Normally have a long wait. Quick process everyone was polite and explained everything to a tee. Had no concerns or questions.

Came in with eye pain, they have an eye machine but for some reason they thought it wasn't necessary to check inside my eye. Biggest waste of time and money! Just go to the er instead!

I was warmly welcomed, and the guy that took my urine test was very polite. I would love to visit some other time.

I would have to say that I had the worst experience that I have ever had at this location taking a preemployment screening. Not only was the nurse very rude, she also made me feel ashamed about my body and how I look.

This is the only facility each and every time I go for a blood pressure test you guys fell me if your place of business was professional I wouldn't have high blood pressure I go to my doctor's after I leave you guys my blood pressure is correct however you guys I wouldn't recommend nobody I prefer worknet it's all I have to say.

PA and Tech were great this visit! Not something I could say about past visits.
If checkout girl gets my physical and Lab paperwork actually mailed to my residence like she said then I give this experience a 10.
