The care and service was excellent and the customer service was excellent also. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

Their physical therapy department has been very friendly and great and helping me build my strength back. My doctor visits have been painless with no problems.

It was my first time there I came in for a drug test for my company and didn't know they closed at 5 they took be back even though it was 5 minutes before closing with no problems and answered all my questions heather was very pleasant and so was sue that did my test. I would go there again no problems.

They were able to get me in quickly but didn't know what I was there for even with the signed buiseness authorization letter stating what was to be done. Then the only interest they had before, during, and after the dot certification exam was selling sleep testing based on me being a male and the size of my neck. All specimens provided were good as per staff and doctor. Staff repeatedly continually tried arguing that my previous exam wasnt a dot certification exam. Mean while i had my previous certification card. After looking at my last 2 year certification testing report everything was the same. Thus place seems like a scam selling sleep studies. By the way I only was allowed to get a 6 month dot card due to this!

Fast lol maybe too fast bearly got too know anyone. For the check ins the handling of my care was done exceptionally well, I fell that my recovery has been smooth and quick.

The staff is awesome. Once they get to know you, they never forget you. The place is clean and spotless. I would recommend this location.

The receptionist was very professional and polite. The nurse was very knowledgeable professional and polite. The PA Who did my exam was satisfactory. They did list me as 250 lbs and 6 foot one. Actually I am 246 and 6 foot 3. Makes a big difference in BMI.

Heather at the front desk is always so friendly and physical therapist Ryan is the best! He actually cares about the people he is helping to get better.

Had a great experience at my appointment! Heather at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and helpful with answering the questions I had when I checked in. Sue, the staff member that took me back for my appointment was friendly, talkative, and made me feel welcomed! Dr Paulovich was very welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions with great detail. Overall it was the best urgent care experience I have had in years!

Front staff member was uninviting, cold and showed no desire to work in her position. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of her. Sometimes, a yes or no answer just doesn't cut it. Interaction with patients will make them feel better about seeking attention and that their concerns matter. Instead, I felt like a bother to her for even walking in to the facility.

The back-office staff was unbelievably nice and very helpful. Stacy made sure I had everything I needed by the time I was walking out. She was kind, answered all my questions, and took the time to listen. The world needs more Stacys.

Went in for a pre employment drug screen and everyone was very friendly and professional. They got me in and out quickly as well. Great job to the staff!

Marissa and Heather were the best. So friendly and helpful. I would choose this location again for any testing or urgent care needs.

She was the best HCP-I have dealt with since moving to the Pittsburgh areas she is compassionate, kind, intelligent. I am grateful for knowledge and all her hard work and support! She deserves an award. Customer service was excellent!
