With the 4 bad reviews below from Natashia, Nikolett, Neiva they never purchased anything from us. Their friend Alex Bakhriyev purchase from us one time and actually tried to return used tools, they did not like the restocking fee. If the tools were in perfect condition alex's return would of been accommodated. 100%. They were dirty, cement on tools, bristles screwed up on the finish broom, we accommodated them with a 20% restocking fee. More than reasonable for condition of items being returned.

They supply top-notch concrete tools and chemicals. The staff are also great people.

Has great selection of supplies. Very knowledgeable on all products relevant to concrete.

As an interior/exterior painter, I called to get some information on acid staining a concrete basement floor for a customer. Not only did JQ answer every single question I had, but also sent me, as well as the customer, all the data sheets and safety precautions for all the products I would be using. Took the time to answer each of my questions and made sure I understood the process, like a boss!

This company has it all and does it all! The service they provide is top notch. I work for a concrete precaster and I would not even think of calling anyone else.
