Dr Koh herself is AWESOME! The staff, horrible. Jennifer has the worst attitude ever, too many people dipping their hands into patient care. Tell you they’ve called in a script go to pharmacy 2 days later, never called in. You ask for a referral for dietary due to a new diagnosis and are told google what you can eat rather than providing info (yes Jennifer did that) When you call the office it is like you are inconveniencing them.

The fact that you can’t make an appointment without a record release form (even though there are no previous records other than pediatric care from 16 years ago) is ridiculous. Patients are not put first.
