Everyone was so kind and they took time to talk to me and ask me what I was looking for. They were so patient while I had to wait for my husband to send me information I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Conestoga Eye.

I just had to share that. I had an appointment a Conestoga eyes for a follow up on Friday. Now my background is I’ve had a lot of medical issues and have seen many many many doctors from Mechanicsburg to Baltimore to Hershey to Lancaster and I have never been treated so wonderfully as I have a Conestoga eyes. From the moment I walked into the office, the receptionist called me by name was so friendly and kind, and had the most wonderful smile. I was so impressed with the relationship between Dr. S. And his assistance.there is one woman who drives over an hour to get to Hershey office, and she said it is well worth it because of the wonderful atmosphere that she works in I highly highly recommend anybody who has concerns with her eyes to call Conestoga eyes and make an appointment. It was a pleasant and informative procedure. And what he said would happen did and everything is fine.

They were the best, professional and personal. Very thorough when they did my eye exam, and their suggestions for frames were great. I ended up going with the very first pair of frames they showed me even after seeing different options.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Teets. She is friendly, listens well, and extremely thorough.

Dr P did thorough eye exams for my son after he had an eye injury. He gave detailed information using understandable language and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Very friendly and kind. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Teets was able to see me the same day I called with a problem that turned out to be an abrasion across my cornea. Her exam was thorough & she explained everything so well. She took her time with me, and gave me her full attention.

All the staff members are very professional, caring & polite.
Dr. P is the best. We never feel rushed and he always takes time to reassure and keep us informed & educated.

After years of going to a different eye doctor, I called around and was able to get in pretty quickly with Conestoga. The office was easy to find, very clean & welcoming. The staff were very nice and professional. The doctor explained everything to me and corrected my prior script with a new and accurate one, very quickly. They also have a great selection of glasses. I was very pleased and will continue to use this office from now on. Thank you!

Very thorough eye doctor and a very busy place. This was the second time i brought my son here. He’s 3 now and the staff made him feel comfortable. My only displeasure was that there was not an area for younger kids to play so that they may be occupied. This business caters to older patients than to children to me and that’s strictly based off the waiting room. The staff were highly professional and adapt to deal with my son who was very comfortable with them.

Excellent optometrist and team to help me find glasses. Patient centered care! Highly recommend.

Conestoga Eye has really been uneasy to work with, especially their HR/Billing department. I have called in for 5 months trying to get an insurance bill collected and unfortunately, the person has not been willing to help and just flat-out rude about the situation. The office itself was okay and the nurses were nice. It is a shame the other departments cannot align with the okay ones. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

In the past six months I have visited Dr. Silbert in the Hershey and Lancaster offices. He did tear duct surgery on me at the Lancaster hospital and had outstanding results. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the surgery. At post-op he did tests and explained how good the stent was performing, and how the stent would be removed in two months. I would highly recommend Dr. Silbert. He also has the most efficient, thoughtful and kindest staff at these locations, probably the best of any other doctor's office that I have visited. Everyone works together as a cheerful team. I am sure you will be elated with Dr. Silbert and everyone in the practice as I did.

Today I went with my dad to his apptmnt for tests to be done. His technician Megan was amazing, sweet, and professional. The young ladies Ashlee and Nore at the front desk were so nice and professional it was a wonderful experience for my dad and that made me extremely happy. They all deserve major kudos.

I visited this location for concerns that my floaters were getting worse. I gave them my full list of symptoms and when I was with Dr. Jui she dilated my eyes and proceeded to do a prescription check! Completely unrelated to the issue at hand. She said everything was normal and to come back in 6 months. Fast forward 1 month I went to another eye doctor who found out the floaters were caused by uveitis a serious disease that can cause blindness and worsening inflammation in the eye if left untreated. Worst experience at any eye doctor ever, not only was I miss diagnosed but I also had my time wasted looking at prescriptions for a person with 20/20 vision. Never coming back here again and will not be referring any of my friends and family here.

I was a new patient visiting this office for the first time. The eye tech I saw, Alicia, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, explained everything she was doing, and created a comfortable environment. When she took me over to see Dr. Jui, Dr. Jui did not turn around from her computer, nor did she greet me, introduce herself, or make any sort of conversation. I would not say she was friendly or created a comfortable environment. The eye exam was nothing out of the ordinary, but Dr. Jui hardly said anything to me, nor did she explain anything she was doing. She stated that it was time to dilate my eyes and I politely declined since I had to drive myself home and was unsure how the dilation would affect me. I had to continue to tell her “no” five times before she stopped insisting that I do it. I feel as though I should not have to tell a medical professional “no” more than twice. I understand her wanting to explain why it’s a good idea after my initial declination, but to continue to be pushy made me feel uncomfortable. She also tried to then schedule a dilation on the spot, only accepting my reason when she found out I was leaving for school 3+ hours away.

After receiving my prescription and noticing significant differences that were not discussed with me, I called in to make sure that all was well and good. When I expressed my concern, I was told that the prescription is correct, without any investigation into what was going on. I found this disconcerting, as though my concern was invalid. It wasn’t until I found and read them my old prescription that they explained the new prescription was written in a different format than my old prescription, hence the significant differences. She also brought up that I had an astigmatism, which was not mentioned to me during the appointment.
I had high hopes for Conestoga Eye in Hershey, but am disappointed in both Dr. Jui and the receptionist I spoke with today. I would not recommend Dr. Jui or Conestoga Eye Hershey to a friend.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Waiting weeks for my father's glasses. They say they'll call back and never do. They keep saying they'll be in and never are. The only person that knows anything is one person who is always busy. I should have just taken his prescription and got glasses weeks ago!
