Coney Island of Scranton reviews
13Stopped for a light lunch. Obviously not a gourmet restaurant but my dog and chili fries were top notch. 50's diner vibe. Loved it.
Great Texas weiner I have been a customer there for more than 50 years best weiner in the scranton area
First time here, really enjoyed the dogs. Slicing the dogs in half I'm not accustom too but did not affect the taste of the dogs.my Texas Weiner had a soft steamed bun, the chili had a good taste without being over spiced. My service was excellent, spoke to the main guy who cooked the dogs, I was told there celebrating 100 years of serving their style of hot dogs. Here's to another great 100 years!
I’m from Texas and had a craving for a chili dog so I picked this place. Not disappointed. Choose the foot long dog with nacho cheese and spicy mustard. Garlic truffle fries were also a good choice for me. They have many others I would go back and try. Got a cotton candy milkshake to go. I would definitely come back again
Awesome little place! Old school vibes, decent prices! Salted Carmel shake was phenomenal!
Good food great shakes and the atmosphere is worth the visit alone. Place just turned 100 and there is a reason why it's still successful.
Cool spot went while visiting My Father. Got take out. Burgers and Chili Dogs. Everything was a hit.
Visited today from Cincinnati/Kentucky area…service was good. The girls were nice and friendly and fast. The food was hot and served expediently but had a distinct taste. Probably a taste that the locals love but out of towners need some getting used to
I’ve been coming here with my dad for years and we’ve always loved it, it’s become a tradition. The best hot dogs I’ve ever had, and the mustard is my favorite part. Super friendly staff every time also.
As this being the first time I visited this place, I would definitely go back. The old benches and tables were great. Also, the interior of the place is so unique and very peaceful. It's definitely a great place to eat.
Every time we are in town we have to hit this place up for there delicious dogs. Wished they would open one up in Chicago.
The food was delicious and cheap. I definitely will be coming back. Since the last time I was here they updated things. A staple in this town!
Fast & friendly service! Not much else to say, it's Coney Island, if you know, you know!
