This is the absolute WORST doctor's office! My significant other has not seen his PCP (Dr. Nunez) in over six months! They never provided transportation scheduled for a previous appointment. Then the doctor cancelled his last appointment and scheduled an appointment for three MONTHS later! This place is so unreliable with every service they offer, that he has taken matters in his own hands and started receiving treatment elsewhere, and transportation services are now provided by his insurance.but with him having so many different appointments to attend his insurance is requesting certain paperwork to be filled out by his PCP for the transportation. Something that is minor has turned into a nightmare! I have called NUMEROUS times about getting this paperwork completed, I lost count! In fact, you can't even get through to speak to a human. So here we are TWO months later and it's still not finished. Forget about all the times I've called and couldn't let a message because the voicemail is full. (Some of those days being a Monday afternoon. What doctor's office has a full voicemail on a Monday afternoon? Most offices check/delete messages first thing Monday mornings) Now he's not able to access any transportation until this paperwork is done. Which he has numerous health problems that require not just a PCP but many specialist and this office could care less. The social worker is a joke as well. We asked her to help in a few areas and she also never returns a phone call. I don't know what these people do all day, but surely NOT their jobs! We have sat waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room at every appointment. Nevermind the wait then for the doctor once you're back there. The RUDE, front desk workers are more busy chatting amongst each other, face in their phones, or flirting around with security, while an entire room full of patients sit there waiting and telephones just ringing away! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER OFFICE! I have never in my life seen such a disaster for an office that is supposed to be professional!

Bad customer service cancel you're appointments and don't let you know

They tell you one thing over the phone and when you arrive at the place they tell you another. They waste time and a day of work and when you arrive they don't want to attend to you. A place of irresponsible

They say they open at 8 but the every starts to show up at around 8: 30. Also even though they have a walk in sign in they don’t accept walk ins at all. Called to ask if I could get my blood drawn and they said it was okay to just walk in. I walk in at 8 and no one is there then when someone finally arrives they say they don’t accept walk in’s. So irresponsible it’s just plain unprofessional. Why have a walk in sign in if they don’t accept walk ins.

Convenient location, good doctors the biggest issue is they don't really have a cap in the amount of new patients they accept. So when you call to make an appointment you are most times waiting for months to see a doctor and expect to wait for a while to be called back to see the doctor and then even longer for the doctor to come into the room. Also there are days that you will not get any answer on the phone from the scheduling desk and they won't call you back to schedule an appointment either. I live close by so I tend to just go in and schedule my appointments.

Front desk staff and the nurses are all very nice (i've also been coming for years so i know all of the front desk staff).

The lack of professionalism on this place is unbelievable. No -sense of responsibility in the front desk. But the Doctors are great they just work in the wrong place
