35The gentleman Adam was kind as heck! He even asked about my middle name and listened to the story— very enthusiastic about it also! The appointment was at 9: 30a and the techs didn’t get to start until 10: 30am which made e leave closer to 11: 20a, but everything was great!
My overall experience was fantastic. I went to the dealership simply learning my options and left with a Nissan Kicks. From the sales person, John Walker, on forward.great experience.
I was at the service center for an oil change and the service representative checked for all the services my car needed and fully explained them to me. He kept in contact with me throughout the service and, when I realized that I had forgotten my wallet, he arranged for a shuttle to get me home and back to the dealership.
I had a seamless drop off/pick up and the car was ready as promised before lunchtime. My advisor Caitlin Bryan was courteous and knowledgeable. She was instrumental in my positive experience at Conicelli service.
G and Justine were awesome! Very transparent, very knowledgeable and all around good people. While I did not purchase my vehicle from here due to distance, I have and will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me. They truly listened to my needs and were not pushy or “persuasive” like sales teams can be.
My experience was excellent, this was my 5th car I leased from Conicelli. Warren Lewis has been involved in all of them and Tugkan Karamete was involved in the last 2 deals.both were excellent to deal with. I do and will recommend Conicelli to my friends and family.

The costumer service was great. I took my car in because I needed to my side mirror replaced. They did a sloppy job. They must of took the side door off because some parts where it was suppose to snap back on are out. And the side mirror was still loose.
It is always a pleasure to deal with salesperson Tugkan Karamete. I have been purchasing, leasing cars from Conicelli for over 15 years because of service provided by Tugkan.
When I need a car I contact Tugkan and he gets the deal done.
My old lease was ready to expire-I contacted Tugkan on Monday and by Thursday the car was delivered to my home.
The whole experience was excellent.
Words can’t express my gratitude for Conicelli Nissan. Christen Hartz was my sales rep who literally went above and beyond what was asked of her to help me get into my Nissan Rogue. She listened to the concerns of both me and my fiancé and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Extremely professional and courteous throughout. It is a pleasure using the service department at Conicelli Nissan. Hands down Conicelli has MASTERED and EXCELS at customer service! I usually hate going to get my car serviced but going to Conicelli is always a pleasant experience. I’ve been using them for over a year.
Free popcorn is always a plus. Seriously though, service is pleasant. I've been there only twice, and I haven't had any issues.

As much as the entire Conicelli group is welcoming, polite, and informative, the maintenance department might be the strength of the entire dealership. They are absolute experts, and I always know that my car will be in great shape after I leave it in their hands. I think this is the sixth car we've bought or leased from the Conicelli group. You simply cannot do better!

Horrible customer service! Reached out multiple times and was never responded to. I then emailed the sales director and she promised someone would reach out right away and I wasted the day and still no response. Don’t do business here.

This is the third Nissan I am buying from Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken. I am thoroughly pleased with my treatment there. I search for the vehicle and obtain internet pricing and there is no haggling over price when I get there. This time, Nissan contacted me and offered me a loyalty reward and got a car below dealer price. Third time was a charm! I will go back next year to replace my 2011 Nissan and again in 2 years after that to replace my 2015.
Can’t beat the service from Sales or the the service department. Nice to take your car in and have it repaired properly. Nice to buy a car from Warren Lewis and Tugkan and be able to get in and out quick and trust their price.

Pick up my son's car and he was charged for 5 hours of labor on the car at 100 dollars an hour. I questioned that because they called him at 11 to fix the car, and they called him after 3 to pick it up. I said that the time didn't match up with what they were charging. I was told they go by a book and if the book says 2 hours for brake pads, it doesn't matter how long it takes, you get charged for 2 hours. I think this is a major rip off.
