Traded in my wrangler for a 2021 highlander hybrid and worked with Rick, Matt and Ozzy. Everyone was great to work with and things were always very straight forward. They never pressured me or tried to sell me something I didn’t want or need. They answered all my questions and even sent me follow ups asking if everything was good with the vehicle.

When I came to purchase/pickup vehicle, drop my vehicle off and sign all the finance paperwork, I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. That is awesome compared to what I have experience any other time. Thanks to the whole team over there in conshy.

Horrible! I bought a car year ago and still didn’t get my second car key! Think about how nervous when you are going a long trip with only one key. Call the dealer and salesman, they are not responsible for that and keep saying that the problem was caused by Toyota but not from them.
Think about their service before buy a vehicle from them because you buy their service as well.

Great sales experience! I came in and was fortunate that there was one Rav 4 Hybrid on the lot. Someone else was supposed to buy it but the sale fell through. Lucky Me! They gave me a great deal as well as a great price for my trade in. Very professional staff.

Since the pandemic, dealerships have struggled to maintain inventory. But, at Conicelli, that was not the case. I had to wait a few weeks but, I was able to find the exact model I was hoping to buy.
My sales representative was exceptional; very respectful, responsive, knowledgeable and great follow up. Everyone I worked with at Conicelli, my sales rep, the general manager, and even the finance group made this a good experience.

Bad place to bring your Toyota for service.
It used to be a good place but my last visit was terrible.
I brought my brand new truck to have the oil changed. The truck had a bit less than 1000 miles, but wanted to do it to start the life of the truck with good new car break-in.
Well, it was a mistake. First they took two hours to change the oil, even if I have an appointment. Then the reception guys were really rude. They don’t use anymore protection on the seat, they just seat like if they are the owners of the truck. When I got the truck back it was soiled with dirty dark oiled hand marks all over the front and doors. Even I found like permanent fluid marks inside the front end, like an acid esas dropped over the plastic. These acid like marks are permanent and can’t be wiped out.
Overall very bed experience with a Toyota dealer. At this time I still wondering what they really did to my truck in those two long hours. For sure nothing good. I just hope that nothing new from my truck was replaced with used parts from another used vehicle.
I really can’t believe that the change of oil was the only thing that took two hours to complete.
Will never bring my car back to this place. Banned forever.

Just bought my 3rd Toyota in 12 years at Conicelli, and this dealer sets the standard that others should be judged. Excellent sales experience. No pressure, and I got exactly what I wanted at a deal I was happy with. Total pros.

I called the sales representative who helped me with my last purchase to advise that I wanted to move into a new Crown model. He advised me properly as to their availability, He kept in constant touch with m as those vehicles arrived. I placed an order for the vehicle of my choice. When it arrived in the USA, he let me know; the preparation was completed; my financial needs were met; I saw the car and picked it up the next day. That underscores a satisfying relationship with a car dealer and a through put system that really works!

I've been a customer of Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken since 2010 and just bought another car from them. Steve B and the team made my purchase simple and painless because of their knowledge and excellent customer service. Always a great experience at Conicelli!

I went to Paul Smith in early September to inquire about a Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE. He said all his inventory was booked out but took our info. We went to other Toyota dealerships but they either asked for refundable deposits (which we put down) or said they had no incoming shipments. Less than a month later, Paul called us saying they had an incoming Corolla LE Hybrid, removed the markup, and offered it to us at MSRP ($23,330 + tax + destination + doc fees = $27,050) which we immediately put a non-refundable deposit on. The car came in just 1 week later and the entire purchasing process was easy and seamless. Moreover, they didn't pressure us into buying addons. Thanks Paul for the quick sale and for securing the car for us! He easily could have sold it to another customer who was willing to pay a markup, but gave it to us at MSRP instead. I highly recommend going to Conicelli Toyota to at least submit an inquiry especially since they don't ask for a refundable deposit.

The cars I looked at there were all marked up $3,500 or more above MSRP. Then when I started discussing my trade in, they offered me half of what Kelly Blue Book suggested. It was actually insulting. Since there isn’t a lot of stock, they think they can take advantage of people. I then went to Tri County Toyota where there cars were not marked up at all, and they gave me what Kelly Blue Book suggested for my trade. They got my business because they know how to treat people.

At Conshohocken Conicelli Toyota, we were fortunate to have Jacob Dank as our salesman. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently went trough all the details from ordering our new car to explaining all of its features on the day of delivery and making sure we are totally satisfied. The money part was straight forward and made simple by the finance manger Michael. Overall, our experience was very satisfying and we strongly recommend Conshohocken Toyota without reserve

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ADDITIONAL PLAN FROM THE LOAN OFFICER. Do not purchase AutoPayPlus. First, my loan officer, Michael Shulski at Conicelli loan department stated that I could pay off my loan sooner by paying biweekly. I thought that it was a good idea. So, I consented. However, he DID NOT MENTION
1. That a third party, AutoPayPlus would be administering this plan.
2.that there was an enrollment fee ($399) /additional biweekly fee. (Total fee over the course of the loan was about $700).
He just stated that my loan would be paid faster. I wasn’t informed about these charges. Stupid me. I could have set it up myself without any fees. I learned an expensive lesson.
That aside, the loan is paid off and I got the title to my car and AutoPayPlus is still withdrawing money from my bank. And I have to be the one to try to get in contact with them. I have been on hold with them for 1 hr and 30 min, still waiting as I write this review.

I’ve been dreaming of a 4Runner for years. I walked into Conicelli Toyota Conshohocken, met Ryan my sales guy (in pic), met with Azi for finance, and I walked out of the dealership with my dream wheels. It was an easy, fun, energetic experience! Thanks guys!

After multiple disappointing experiences with Conicelli I have finally decided to leave a review just out of principle at this point regarding the dishonesty, total lack of empathy, and total lack of professionalism and ethics on their part. Short story is my wife and I have attempted to purchase a car from them for over 7 months. We eventually became so frustrated with them when they finally told us we need to outbid other people on the cars or we won’t get one and that they can’t do deposits of any kind to reserve a car when it comes in. The story on how we actually purchase kept changing with the many different sales people we have had and finally I asked them to remove us from their system. But the calls kept coming! I finally spoke with someone named Pete very recently bc I wanted us off the list. However he seemed to be more competent than anyone I had spoke with before and asked him to keep me in the loop again. Within 2 days he called to say they had the car we were waiting on and I said we want it and to call my wife. They spoke within 20 mins and then we gave them the credit card info to make the deposit only to find out that the car had been sold to someone else 10 mins before we made the deposit which is absurd because we were already committed to buy the car a full hour prior to that. This dealer and especially Manny are total jokers and there is nothing “Nice” about them. You’ll have the typical cringy experience that you expect from a dealer and all the hidden insincerity that goes along with it that you suspect is really lurking behind their fake smiles.

I want to thank Saymon for helping my friend purchase a certified 2020 Toyota Camry. He helped overcome the challenging credit he had and got him a vehicle with a very reasonable price in this market. Thank you Saymon.

BEWARE! WORST Dealership ever! DO NOT buy from this dealership. I put a deposit in for a car hung up the phone and they called back in 5 mins said the car was sold to someone else. While I was on the phone discussing the car, that they called to tell me was available, they sold it to someone else during our conversation. Stay away from this place.

Best Car buying experience I ever had! Anyone looking to buy from Conicelli talk to Keeley! She’s a very professional yet down to earth woman who really knows her stuff from buying/selling cars to repairing them as well. Keeley took the time to explain the many differences with the vehicle choices I had. We went over pros and cons of each choice and how they stack together. I wasn’t sure what car to buy coming into this but she made some excellent recommendations based of what my life style is like. I enjoyed the experience so much I almost I forgot I was buying a car. Keeley gained more than a loyal customer she gained a friend. You know you’re with someone of good character the way others speak to her while we looked at vehicles. She’s definitely the talk of the town and I can see why. Friendly, professional and just honest. Honorable shout out to AZI the finance manager who is the fastest in the business. We had an appointment with Kris on August 1st regarding the purchase of a new RAV4 XLE PREMIUM. Kris went over and beyond in meeting our requirements. I like his dedication and passion for the job. Kris was very warm, courteous and friendly. I must say that Kris is an asset to this company. Great job and kudos to Kris.
