I went there as their sales agent phoned me saying a hybrid corolla which I was looking for some time back is available now. I asked the price for the car and they told me that, I booked an appointment for next day to see the car. After I reached there, saw the car and was about to buy the car, the manager told me then that the store has decided to raise the price of the car by $2500 above MSRP as hybrids were in more demand these days. I wish I didn't waste my time visiting the store which is so unprofessional by raising the price at last minute after inviting customer citing a price.

Purchased my Rav4 from this location many years ago and I'm still happy with the vehicle. I also want to acknowledge Christina the service advisor. Christina has always been kind, as well very thorough with explaining what is needed in regards to service. Christina knows the business and the vehicles and I'm always happy to have her as my rep because I know I'll be in good hands.

I wish I could leave less than one star they told me even though I had an appointment they don't follow appointment times they tried charging me 5 times what they quoted. Omar was worthless in every aspect. They lost my business for life I took my car and left I'm going to let everyone I know that this place was a rip. Char at checkout said there was nothing she could do she's just a cashier. I told her that interaction would either lead to a positive post or a negative one she did not car either way just terrible all around.
Edit. Jack D the manager called me back apologized profusely and was very help full. Changed my entire mood towards concelli Toyota. He is a stand up guy

We came in off a Carfax listing for a used Subaru. Even though we didn’t get a Toyota, this was such a great experience, everything went smoothly. We worked with Eddie who was so personable to interact with, took much of the anxiety out of the purchasing process!

We worked with Eddie Ruiz 3 years ago when we leased our 2020 RAV4. With our lease ending soon, we contacted Eddie and he was able to get us into a 2023.3 years ago there wasn’t much to choose from - supply just wasn’t there. This time we got the model and options we wanted.
The Service Dept has also been great. Easy to make appointments online.

Hands down the best dealership. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years purchased seven cars from them and I only deal with the Best sales person that’s get the job done. She has been treating me like family since the first time I walked in Toyota doors Maria Garnett she is the real reason I keep coming back when you get a special person like her that loves her job you appreciate it. Its not about the sale for her it’s more so about making the customer happy THANK YOU MARIA? PS CANT FORGET ABOUT THE SALE Manager VEE one terrific guy

Just bought a new Rav4. My sales person is Eddie Ruiz. He was really patient with me as I was clueless with all the new technology.
He was available by his cell phone after I picked up my car and invited me back when I couldn't figure out the Multi-media display.
The 2nd visit really helped and he said I can always come back-
hopefully I don't have to but he said he was always there to help.
A positive experience for me.

Working with Robert Mosca on a deal was a breeze from online, to phone to in person straight through to the test drive, nailing down numbers and sealing the deal. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Bob (Robert)!

Went in for a routine emissions and inspection that took 5 hours. I also expressed concern about my car automatically deploying the brakes on seven different occasions where I was the only one on the road. The staff were mean and said “these cars do that is just how it goes. ” I will never be returning here. The other Conicelli dealership is much better and said they will at least look at the sensors. Awful experience.

Recently experienced a total loss with my 2020 highlander and I wanted to purchase another. I returned to Conicelli in hopes I would purchase another new Highlander (I purchased 2 in the past from Conicelli) only to be met by Kenny. I explained my situation to him, I was looking to finance as before. We went out on the lot he showed me 2 new Highlanders (one base other hybrid same color) and the rest used. I explained to Kenny at least 3 times that I did not want a used car as I could finance. I guess my mistake was informing him that I did not receive any monies for my loss! Not only did he insist I speak with his used car manager, we never assessed my credit, my pay stubs…. Nothing! Kenny went to his used car manager, I’m not sure what he said, but he came back to let me know they did not have anything for me. Kenny was very dismissive and abrupt, I haven’t had an experience like that before. I received a call today from Kenny to follow up to see if I’ve found another vehicle. I just informed him that I didn’t plan on returning, they didn’t have anything. All he said was thank you have a nice day!

I am more than happy to write a review for Allen, the exceptional car salesman who went above and beyond in providing outstanding service.

A year ago we purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla and I must say that he truly impressed me with his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Allen greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease with his friendly and approachable manner.

Throughout the entire process, Allen was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and concerns and answering all of my questions with ease and expertise. He never once made me feel rushed or pressured.

But it was not just Allen's professionalism that impressed me; it was his willingness to go above and beyond in providing excellent service. We recently have an issue due DMV discrepancy. Allen give an amazing helping us throughout the process.

First, I just want to start off by commenting on the staff. The staff was friendly, the process was relatively efficient and when it comes down to it, I have no concerns with any of the employees. I worked with Paul and Jay. Kudos to them.

My experience however was not the same. I purchased a 2019 Audi SQ5 with 29k miles on it. First, the dealership would not negotiate on the price at all despite the fact that I pointed out damage to the rear bumper, headliner, front bumper among other concerns. I also pointed out it needed front brakes. I was promised it did not. The car had a fresh Pa inspection sticker. They also have me a very low offer on my trade. I ultimately did the deal almost exclusively on their terms.

On the way home, the engine under cover broke loose and was bottoming out. I live 75 minutes away. I pulled over, got it secured. When I arrived home, I pulled down the cover and noticed oil on the topside of it. In addition, the left front brakes were grinding. I had only driven the car 60 miles. I asked a local mechanic (see uploaded invoice) to take a look. The engine had a visible oil leak, needed brakes, rotors, sensors among additional diagnostics.

They allowed me to reverse the sale with no issue. This was easy however I had 9 hours of travel time over three days which was quite inconvenient.

After I returned ths car, I found another car (Same year/make/model) at Wynnewood Audi that was only a few hundred more, less miles, better options and better condition. They offered me 2500 more for my trade. Also, it appears Conicelli held rate on my deal with them because my credit score was 12 points lower than it was with Conicelli, however my rate reduced by almost a full point (This is literally the day after I accepted the Conicelli deal).

I would not recommend extending your business to Conicelli.

One of the worst Toyota dealerships in the area. Purchased a Used Toyota Tacoma in August from Conicelli Springfield. From the initial sales process, I was lied to about the price of the vehicle. After purchase the vehicle failed inspection for window tint meaning this vehicle was not inspected by the dealer in the first place. The following week, the AC blower dies in the middle of August. AC was fixed by Conicelli but incorrectly. The blower only turns on at max heat or max AC. 2 months later, there was coolant leak found in the bypass hose. Now, I’m replacing the heating core, thermostat, hoses and gaskets. This dealership is awful from top to bottom. Sales, service, management.

From walking in, I was left alone to do my own shopping in the lot for about a half hour with my fiancée-we love to see it! Kyle, our dealer, who I can’t say enough good things about, approached us and asked if he could be of assistance to us. We obliged, and before you knew it: Jay, Ayah, and Tom had our paperwork done and we were out the door and into our new vehicles. Don’t cheat yourself with other big name dealerships, TREAT yourself at Conicelli Toyota! I’m literally back again, and Kyle is running around with his cape on getting my fiancée into something she’d like even more! Like I said, I can’t say ENOUGH about the guy!

Purchased a brand new 2022 Toyota Tundra 1794 Hybrid. Catastrophic failure at 2000 miles while driving. Complete loss of engine, brakes and steering. Luckily I wasn't on a highway or at best I would have been seriously injured. I wanted a replacement vehicle and they wanted me to drive the defective vehicle which I will not. I even offered to pay for the miles I had driven on the defective vehicle. They continue to try and cheat me, going so far to go into the back room and change a new vehicle pricing document by $6000.00 while I was there trying to finally get a new vehicle. I caught them and they made up a new story. $75,000 and no vehicle and they have my money too. I cannot believe I purchased a Toyota as I thought they were reputable, even corporate Toyota was no help. Conicelli blames corporate and corporate blames them, truly a disgusting group. 2 mos no car! I did want a replacement car now I want my money back, next stop is an attorney. Desired Settlement: Refund

My service advisor, Matt H, was the rudest most arrogant unhelpful a-hole I have ever met. He was all smiles and nice when he thought that he could get money from me and when he couldn't then he treated me like garbage. The representative of you establishment sent a clear message. STAY AWAY! Will never go back!

Conicelli Toyota of Springfield PA was great in my recent purchase of a new car. Prince Ebo was the man. Helped with everything. Always keeping you up to date on the whole process. Best of all, he didn't try to force you to purchase the extra protection plans, packages and such, which I greatly appreciated. Many other salesman from other dealerships would do. I highly recommend Prince.

Eddie went above and beyond when I recently purchase a RAV4 at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. The hybrid I was hoping for was not initially in stock, but Eddie contacted me as soon as he found out one would be arriving at the dealership. Eddie also personally helped me install the roof rails in time to pick up our Christmas tree! You can't ask for better costumer service.

Allen Ma helped me choose a car. He was patient with me and not pushy. He just kept addressing my concerns one after another. We took a longer test drive which I prefer to the around the block test drives. His manager, Jay Johnson also worked nicely with me. He gave me a good price and a good trade in value. He communicated well by phone and email the next day to take care of details. Kenny Ma did an awesome job delivering the car and getting it ready for me. So nice. Lots of smiles and very pleasant. Tom Moore also another good experience. He finalized the business, explained the warranty options in an upbeat manner. Last time I bought a car, it was exhausting, This time was much better. I highly recommend the team at Conicelli Springfield.
