If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I purchased a refurbished HP laptop from them. Within 3 weeks, the touchscreen stopped working, the hard drive failed, and the battery in the computer stopped charging. It was such a waste of money. Their customer service team is unhelpful and worthless. Gary is the worst person I’ve ever talked to. They wouldn’t give me a refund back. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

I ordered a pair of bluetooth headphones on 11/1. Although the package was supposedly delivered 11/4, there is no sign of it. Fedex says I need to contact the merchant, which I have done every day for a solid week. No response to voicemails, no one picks up the phone. Terrible customer service and questionable business practices. The link that says "Click here to view the status of your order" in the confirmation email from Consolidated Computers just sends me to their home page.

I would not recommend this business.

UPDATE: Gary was responsive once I got in touch with him and the issue was resolved. There were other circumstances beyond his control. I love buying from USA companies and would recommend this company.

I had ordered a samsung chromebook and paid for it to be over nighted and they told me it was delivered and I never received a package they won't refund me nor help me they told me my package was delivered and told me the time it was said was delivered I was home and waiting for it it never came and I'm out 248 dollars worse experience ever I don't recommend this to anyone else.

I order a laptop more than a week ago. I paid for 2nd day shipping. A week later I am still waiting for my laptop and a promised refund of shipping cost that I never received. The customer service is bad. They do not answer the two phone lines provided for customer service and they also do not answer messages sent via live chat or messages on there website. This is my first and last time purchasing anything from consolidated computers.

Zero stars. Seller sent me a defective TV then said I should claim warranty instead of providing a return shipping label! Seller didn't answer my emails/calls and I had to open a case through PayPal just get him to answer. Seller lied about TV being manufacturer direct re-certified, while inside the TV packaging there was contact details of another store from which seller bought the TV, then re-sold it to me. I lost $100 paying the return shipping cost which I was not reimbursed for. Worst experience I had shopping in years!

I recently purchased a "factory recertified" HP ENVY 27-B119 All in One computer from Consolidated Computers. I was extremely pleased with the quality, condition and with the delivery time. The machine arrived in two days packaged in an HP original factory sealed box. When I opened the box the machine appeared to be brand new. It still had the original protective plastics on the edges. I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive machine on the web ($1197). But, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for high end products at the lowest price available. Thank you.

On time delivery, and very active customer service. Three months into using the HP Envy 17 ordered from them and I haven't found any defect. I recommend the store.

After I saw a neighbor's new HP ENVY machine with a hybrid SSD/HD storage arrangement, I was "envious" and had to have one. My trusty older ENVY i7 machine is now 6 years old so it was time. Found a great deal on an HP ENVY 750-537c "certified refurbished" machine at Consolidated Computers. Has only a 90 day warranty, but service will be provided by HP since I'm in California. It arrived timely by FedEx and more than meets my performance expectations. It appears to be older stock from Feb. 2017 but works great. PassMark gives it an overall 4580 rating when I tested it out of the box. My neighbor bought a new mid-line i5 version at the local Best Buy, but I got an i7 with GTX1050 graphics for about the same price to my door. Very pleased.
