Always satisfied when taking both my children there. Through covid things weren't so great but that is to be expected and every medical facility was dealing with issues. Thank God for the all of the health care workers. Be patient, patience

I was taken in a matter of minutes
Even though the waiting room was very busy
Everyone was professional and respectful.
I will go back to this facility again and recommend it

This is a convenient facility that I’ve used for my family and myself, for non-urgent issues. I’ve gone there since they’ve opened.
They’re very professional, friendly, respectful and caring.
I’ve never, in as many times as I’ve been there, ever had an issue.
I’m so confident in their care.

Everyone was so helpful and caring! The nurse practitioner Ashley was very informative and took great care of me. Thank you to the office staff as well, very compassionate.

My fiance hurt his hand, was turned away because the tech that night wasn't interested in stitching him up. A week later, she denied him care again because the file faulsly written under a workman's comp file. After fixing this he went back and the tech again turned him away citing she would be calling the police for harassment. I will NEVER use this convenient care again as long as that tech works there. She is a short haired blonde lady with a bad attitude. You know the rbf on the lady from Harry Potter? The one that looks like a proper frog? That's her sister. She is miserable. Good luck to anyway actually needing care in Ellwood city in any urgent matter. I'm floored by this woman's defiance to providing care.like lady, if you just didn't want to remove some stitches because you're INCAPABLE of doing so, you should had just said so.

Check in lady was rude and short with responses. I understand you might hate your life choices but being rude to sick people is not going to make you feel better. Doctor was nice and quick. Was in and out within 30 mins.

Sad excuse for a health care facility. Not sure how any of these people obtained a medical degree but their licenses should definitely be taken off of them.
If you value your health I would not recommend going here, they could care less about you. Just want to get you out the door.

Friendly staff. But told them symptoms prior then paid copay to be told i have to go to a specialist. So paid to get temp and blood pressure.

It can't get much worse. Just go to MedExpress and deal with the wait times. The PA's at Heritage Valley Convenient Care are rude, ignorant, & incompetent. Actually I'll save your time & Copay by treating you right now exactly like they are going to.

(1) Take OTC meds and rest. You're going to have to suffer at least another 10 days before we even think about moving to option 2. Oh you've been dealing with this for 14 days already. Well then you're probably almost over it so continue ODing on OTC meds and follow up with your PCP in a few days if nothing changes.

(2) Something might be going on I guess, maybe I don't really know, follow up with your PCP

(3) We don't treat that here, you should go to the ER and/or follow up with your PCP.

The worse part of this is that they are rude and condescending throughout the process. Lack of empathy is fine but someone should remind them the patients are the reason they get paid.

My husband and I both have terrible sinus/respiratory infections. We scheduled appointments online. They didn't even see us, just had us wait in the car and describe our symptoms. They even forgot about me and told me I didn't have an appointment, which I did. We were "seen" at 5: 50. Scripts were sent to our pharmacy for us. An hour later. When I called my pharmacy, they still hadn't received our scripts. I tried calling Convenient Care to find out why, but no one answered. Also, my pharmacy told me, "They are really slow. " Don't go here if you need prompt attention.

It is not recommended. Might as well go to Med express (though the wait times are longer at least you will be taken care of). I went in signed into the kiosk and took a seat five minutes later I get called up front to pay. After which I waited for an hour and 15 minutes which is unusual for their convenient cares. It was all fine until the nurse practitioner showed up. She did not listen to pertinent medical history I was trying to tell her. I asked for a procedure pertains to my diagnosis and she said no because I will not tolerate it. She did not try and check my pain level or try the procedure before calling it quits. I don’t mind the pain as long as I would get some relief but nope. She rushed me out and before telling me that I’m good to go ran after a colleague to catch up. I paid over a hundred dollars out of project for no real medicine or procedure of anything.

P.s. They also kept judging me and insinuating that I caused the problem through stupidity.

Do not go here if you want to be heard and actually treated!

Was supposed to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. Three days later and it was never sent over. I also was supposed to get a call back on test results in 24-48 hours. Never got a call. Called them and got sent to voicemail. Not pleased.

I called first to check about wait times and the woman who answered the phone was very polite. I got there, went in, was greeted by who I assumed was the woman I spoke with, signed in, called up to update some insurance.

Another woman explained that there was about a half hour wait, just wanting to make sure I was comfortable with that. Super kind and helpful.

My issues arose when the NP came in. She was rude, confrontational, and very dismissive. She talked down to me, interrupting me every time I tried to answer a question she asked, and ended by telling me to just take more Pepto.

I will definitely take this place over MedExpress, but if she's the one on duty, I will walk out the door.

It is convenient for some things such as a physical or covid test. They get you in and out fast but don't expect them to answer your call. Even though they leave you a message to call back for Test results. I have called numerous times and no response during normal business hours. This is very frustrating!

Went for a covid test.
First time I sat in the parking lot for half an hour before someone answered the phone.:/
Second covid test … the guy came over to my car straight after getting a swab from someone at another vehicle. I didn’t see him change his gloves and he had the other persons COVID test tucked under his arm. He wasn’t very friendly and kept repeating that I needed to get vaccinated… Which I understand, but saying that to someone without knowing their medical history could be bad. I called to talk to a manager after the swab was done and ended up on the phone with the guy who gave me the test. He claimed to be wearing multiple pairs of gloves and said that I didn’t see him take off the top pair before coming to my car. It all felt really unprofessional and now I’m nervous that I could have been exposed again. I never had a problem in the past, but this weeks interactions made me feel unsafe and like I was a burden.

Made me feel inconvenient to them for being sick. Walked in, hardly made it through the door before I was rudely asked “WhAt ARe You HeRE FoR” and before I could even finish my sentence it was an eye roll then “THEN GO SIGN IN AND SIT DOWN”. My vitals weren’t taken and my doctor, Donna Shaffer, hardly took me seriously. I can safely say I will not be coming back unless I wanna bask in discomfort my entire visit.
