Such a stunning building! Great for events! The staff is so wonderful, kind and knowledgeable!

This is an outlet for PennWest University, previous California University of Pennsylvania, and so on. It's an excellent venue when given the opportunity. It requires the organizers to operate much of the organizing. The university does offer catering service and other useful notes when contracted.
Such as it is, this means events can be highly variable. I don't think this is a bad thing, but its worth being aware of. It's not the full sports stadium they originally intended to have on the water, but its pretty good.
