5Could use more than one loader loading people sit here for an hour and only two cars get brought out. Very slow

Pretty quick to load. Loading area kinda tight and can definitely be muddy!
This place is a well operated and efficient place and the staff who works there go above and beyond there job to help a customer in need
The workers inside the office building are friendly and helpful. But my problem is those who manage the yard. They damaged the rear bumper on my 2018 Chevrolet Sonic that I bought. Because the guys who drive the big forklift trucks are very careless when handling the cars. They damage them all the time and then say the car is sold as is. Or they pretend that they’re looking into the issue and never get back to you. BBB needs to investigate this place.
