Copart - Philadelphia

If I had a chance to put 0 stars I would have. These people are the most careless individuals I’ve ever talked to. I called and this woman kept trying to find away to avoid my questions by referring me to other sources and telling me she doesn’t have time to deal with my questions and hung up the phone. I’m extremely upset with this service and wish no one would should ever have to go through the attitude and carelessness of these employees.

Very friendly staff, employees know customers by name to name basis making this place one of the best copart facilities in the area

Prepare for a few hours of waiting. Try making an appointment ahead of time. Friendly staff for the most part.

I paid 42 % over the winning auction price as fees!
They treat the cars really bad and they cause extra damage to them while loading them on the trucks.
4 hours to pick a car which is already running & drive.
No one could pay with cards as the machine was down days ago and they never mentioned that.
They keep the 2 bathrooms for the employees and all the visitors have to use a mobile bathroom which is very dirty and stinky.
1st and last time experience with them

This location is the slowest for loading. 6 machines to load and they all go on break at the same time while the lot is full. If you got time to waste this is the perfect place for you to hang out and loose money.

Forced to wait 2hrs to load the vehicle myself and was told it’s a first come first serve even though I had to serve myself.tried to ask manager if I didn’t have to wait and to load myself but she wouldn’t even get off her desk to come talk to me.

Buy car here, only one complain, don’t do delivery to NJ, and they say me this when I already pay for car and delivery

We were left in by the guards then I was confronted by the owner asking me how I got in. We were discriminated against because of a handicap. There was a sign that said 81 days without an accident and a man was sitting on the bench below the sign with blood running down his head. I hope the owner remembers the man with the Walker!

I have to come here for my job and every visit. Multiple times a week mind you goes very smoothly. Communication is key And I have never had an issue. Erica, Fran & Courtney are who I usually work with and always extremely helpful. Management has always been there to answer any questions I'd have. And I have been stopping down at the office for going on maybe two years now. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff and all but watch when buying sight unseen here. I had won the bid on a suv saying it ran and drove at Copart when it hadn’t ran in drove in months prior, nor did it ever again. I’m aware the risk of buying sight unseen which I will never do again with this franchise but marking it run and drive was clearly a lie.

Friendly staff. 3-4 loaders working but the place is busy, still have to wait almost an hour for them to bring out the car. They do have a large loading area/yard but no overnight parking is allowed. Easily accessible by 18-wheeled truck and trailer. No public restrooms on site.

If you plan on going to see a vehicle before the auction you have to be escorted.better plan on over an hour in the waiting room before they can escort you.

Never have I waited over a hour to get loaded at ANY auction. 5 loaders and it appears one is running. Deffinatly won't buy from this location again!

Copart Philip suck. They are so ignorant and hateful and racist. They can't every provide toilet for the customers. My girl friend had pie in my car. That place should be closed.

Terrible rest room accomidations. There aren't any! Unusual for this day and age.
However the employees there are the best.
I would give them a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the porta potty leaves a lot to be desired.

Copart is a nice place to buy a car, for personal use or if you are a dealer. However be ready to find out that description is not accurate all the time and you definitely need to be good with repairs.
This location is good itself - it is big and always busy, will need to wait some time to pick up your car.

If your gonna sell a thousand cars a. Week than u need to do what it takes to load a thousand cars so people don't have to sit there 2 hours

Great customer service.as long as you get here early as possible you'll have less than an hour wait time

In and out in under 20 minutes, was worried it would take an eternity based on the other reviews, but the process was super quick and the car was brought out and loaded about 5 minutes after paperwork was done.
