Have placed orders online several times over the years and the customer service has been consistently great each time. Kudos to the managers and owners for running such a great place. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing printing in the Pittsburgh Area because of their value of selection, quality of print, professionalism, and price.

Local copy shop with good prices and a great turnaround time. They do everything from signs and banners to wedding invites and photo prints. I can't recommend them highly enough. I've even gotten canvases made here.

Copies @ Carson is by far the best print shop I have worked with. I am an artist that makes books by hand, so printing for me is always a struggle. C@C understood exactly what I needed, is always quick to respond, more than fair pricing, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. 10/10 would recommend, and I will always go to them for any projects. Also, the shop is cool and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give Copies at Carson more than 5 stars I would! We are currently planning our wedding during the global pandemic and it has been nothing but hectic and stress. But copies at Carson made it so much easier for us. They were professional, responsive, their work is incredible! The best part is that they had our invitations ready for us in ONE DAY! Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is phenomenal. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and attentive to our needs. I was very impressed with them and I will use them in the future for ALL of our printing needs! This has been my go-to place for printing for years. My business cards come from here; this was where I had copies of my songbook made along with the Cult o' the Kilt fanclub cards I had made up when I was a musician.

Great staff and service. I've taken a number of professional and personal projects to them over the years and everything has been completed quickly. Communication is always a breeze, whether in-person, via email, or by phone. And any questions or concerns have always been explained/addressed immediately. These folks know what they're doing.

The shop was quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as the 10+ follow up emails worth of questions I had. I allowed them to make an executive decision on the best paper choice for our Save the Dates and they turned out great. The prices were very reasonable, and they were upfront with providing a quote. Very pleasant on the phone as well, and made it very easy for me to pay over the phone & have a friend pickup. I would definitely recommend.

At the beginning, service was great. Over time the service became a issue. I was having black and white photos of positive African American leaders printed at $3.21/each on their thinnest paper for a art project I was working on. Suddenly I was being sent invoices for the same photos to be printed at $56 - $86, each. Their explanation was that they couldn't use the "plotter machine" anymore to print my work, it's strictly for architects. Where's the customer service? ! You be the judge.

I don't have a printer at home and do a lot of eBay sales. So, i do alot of my shipping label printing at Copies on Carson. The employees know me by name and are always super friendly. Its way cheaper to use the internet here then at the FedEx shipping center down the street. Just a nice spot with great customer service!
