Core States Group, West Chester PA

The Core States group represented that they had sufficient and significant experience with the design of medical offices. However, they did not properly evaluate the existing conditions and equipment in our space resulting in an HVAC plan that simply did not work and has cost us thousands of dollars to remediate. Core States also failed to incorporate basic laboratory items and failed to specify sink dimensions that were pointed out to their representatives at the initial site survey.
