Cork & Fork reviews
17I had the lobster ravioli. Been craving it but can't afford it anymore for the small portion.
Food was excellent, and the drinks were good. However, they were understaffed. There was one server who was also bussing tables and delivering food. She was overwhelmed with the eight tables. The bartender was also the host and serving tables too. That said the food was excellent and everyone was very nice. If they can get more help this place will be amazing!
One of our favorite Italian restaurants. Food is simple, but really well done. We go every few weeks and literally can't resist the bolognese.
We Also really like the service. The whole team is friendly and accommodating. I love, despite how good the food is, that I don't need reservations and can almost always get a table.
Server was horrible and clearly in the wrong industry, I left after my glass of water was served because I wont be subjected to accepting whatever lackadaisical service you wish yo provide plus they haven't changed the menu In eons. Atmosphere lacked vibrancy through the years so safe to say it will be a while until I even think to dine there again.
Food was fantastic! Waitstaff was attentive and the atmosphere was chill. We sat upstairs which was cool to watch the cooks below.
We love this place and have returned recently. The menu is diverse, quirky, and fabulous. You need to go here and order a variety of menu items to taste what they offer. We loved the whipped Ricotta, salads, and their pistachio pizza - wow.
It was better the first time I was here but the menu needs to switch up and they need more variety
Good vibes, modern and pleasant, great service, good food. Just a minute walk from the Capitol.
8/11/23. My friend & I had a nice time. I would definitely select a brick oven baked pizza. We each choose a different pizza. They are "smaller" & still took much of it home. We sat outside where my friend (from Philly area) enjoyed a view of our beautiful capitol building. I had a beer, friend had a chocolate martini. Not inexpensive, but I will definitely return. I recommend reservations (although not necessary) especially on weekends.
4.5 Stars - a good menu selection for different dining options. Service was good, water was refilled promptly. The added salmon on the salad was a little scant. The Avocado salad and gnocchi options were filling. Good wine selection by the glass or bottle.
We thought we try out this restaurant based on the good reviews. It was terrible. The wait person were nice enough but the service was just sub par.we had lobster ravioli, the flavor were very bland, there were no lobster meat anywhere. The pizza was so salty, I could not eat it. The cheese plate, was a few pieces of Oscar Myer bologna, and some dry up cheese rinds. The worse of all was the Caesar salad, it looks like some kind of mush up grind up tasteless vegetable throw up and not edible. We left almost all of the food untouched and the wait person did not inquire about why the food was left uneaten. We felt sick after eating there. The total came to $130 for two people for inedible food.we would never go back
Was visiting Hershey with family and was able to sneak away for drinks and appetizers. We took an Uber to the front of the restaurant and sat outside for cocktails, wine, and appetizers. We were politely reminded of the kitchen closing prior to the bar closing. We had grilled octopus and whipped ricotta. Made for a great night out.
Fantastic restaurant in Harrisburg right down the street from the Capitol. Happy hour (4-6pm on weekdays) is always a great deal - their happy hour pizza is a steal. Grilled octopus, pasta, and olive oil cake also some favorites here. Always great service. Great outdoor dining when the weather's nice, and the interior is spacious and airy too. Highly recommend.
Had to keep moving left or right as waiter continued to reach over me.
Food was very disappointing. 2 oz portion of salmon on salad was way overcooked. Definitely was NOT worth the extra $10. Salad had no taste until I found the whipped goat cheese at the bottom of the bowl.
Stopped in for drinks and lunch - so glad we did! Everything was amazing and our server was super helpful and made great recommendations. Hot Italian sandwich is unbelievable! Highly recommend!
The place refused to serve food after 10: 00PM, the barman explained it was already closed.
A great little place. We started off with Warm Olives, and then moved to spaghetti squash and brick oven roasted brussels sprouts. The portions on the small plates are enough for 2-3 to share.
The bowl of squash made it to the table hot and full of flavor. The sauce and cheese taste homemade and flavourful. The sprouts are very good with lots to share
My group ordered the Carne Amore pizza. The pizza is sorta round but that doesn't change the crispy crust, the perfectly cooked toppings served with the optional crushed red pepper and grated parmesan.
We opted for a third small plate of Whipped Ricotta, it was a sweet treat, like a dessert.
The mixed drinks are mixed well with a nice selection of wine.
Have a date night and enjoy this inner city gem.
