I would prefer the office in Palmyra there have always treated me better over in that office and I was seeing in the Harrisburg office and got treated better over there as well

This specific eye care establishment is a swing & a miss most of the time, though it does have some positives. I've gone here 2 years, and this year will be my 3rd time going.
For the most part the staff is super friendly and the establishment is very clean. They have a ok variety of glasses. They lack bigger lense glasses on such a high tier.
But the one thing I never understand is who works on adding the lenses to glasses.
Every single year that I've gone I have taken my own pair of frames and they break them.
The one year I did have to freak out and they had me pick from the same designer and the frames where completely on them. The second time there was no fixing or anything, they simply stated "oh, well you can pick a free pair that your insurance covers". Then I had the issue where I was in almost daily because the pair they gave me the lenses kept popping out. But no matter how many times I asked for a fixing they just kept telling me there was nothing that can be done or they're out of warranty. I ended up getting frustrated and just asking for my script and finding glasses elsewhere. This year I am giving them another try as I do like the staffing there. I just hope they don't break my frames AGAIN.

The Doctor and staff are SPECTACULAR! They are very knowledgeable and so nice. Will be going back again next year and telling everyone I know!

Eye doctor was amazing with my 5 year old that has a hard time with shapes and letters! So Patient with her and had other ways to check her eyes. I highly recommend the lebanon location!

Never again. Waited 3 week for glasses. And 4 weeks for new contacts. When I picked up my New contacts. No container to store them in. I have been going to Corl for years. Guess It’s time to find a new eye doctor

Had My Daughter there for an appointment for eye exam had a Great Experience they are very nice helping and caring people.

Love Corl Eyecare! I was a customer at the Palmyra location and now a customer at the Lebanon location. The staff is friendly, the customer service was seamless (compared to the other location), and the place is very nice. I will continue to be a happy customer.
