Cornerstone Dermatology,PC, Lebanon PA

I went to Cornerstone Dermatology for the first time today to have two small red bumps removed. I was first greeted by the friendly staff who got me all ready to see the doctor. Then meeting Dr. Zavadak he thoroughly explained what my cherry angiomas were and what the plan was to remove them. A stick of a numbing needle, a zap from tool, and all done - easy, painless, and quicker than a Chick-fil-A drive thru. I was so pleased with my experience that I plan on going back in the near future to have a few more things done.

Doctor Z and his staff have always been courteous and helpful to my entire family. They use tech friendly reminders for appointments and scripts if you need them. Highly recommend this dermatologist.

Professional, very friendly and always has been a great resource for skin conditions. Dr. Zavadak was able to cure my chronic acne and I now enjoy clean, clear skin and my confidence has improved dramatically!

Worst appointment I’ve ever had. The staff is not helpful and is argumentative. I personally scheduled an appointment with them by googling their number and they insisted they had never made the appointment when it was the second appointment rescheduled due to my son not feeling well on the initial date, and didn’t have the referral documentation required to go through the scheduled visit even though I received text confirmation of the appointment as well as voice mails. Then to top it off the doctor implies it was my job to have all the referral paperwork ready when patients do not have access to that information.

Absolute worse practice and total disregard of people’s time and/or medical needs.

They were great. Had a very nice doctor. They removed skin cancer and took good care of me. Follow up was really good. Thank You all at the office.

I’ve been going here for years but just a few days ago I had one of the most terrible visits with a doctor period. I’ve needed something removed for about a year and finally decided to go in to see him. Of course they were booked and they told me I needed a referral even though I’ve been an existing patient. After finally getting a an appointment with my family doctor and getting a referral I still had to wait a whole month to see zavadak. I told him to look at something I needed removed and He took a look at me for 2 minutes and told me there was nothing he was going to do for me and actually became confrontational about the matter. He did not give any recommendations, and he also gave no other solutions to my problem other than to get out of his office. He must of been having a very bad day but it still doesn’t give him the right to be this unprofessional with a patient who went to school with his kids. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. ITS ALL A BIG JOKE. If I could give negative stars I would.
