My friend who was a hairdresser, masseuse and nail person comes here to get her shampoos conditioners hair attachments fir her clippers color rinses and other hair products. She won't shop any place else for her hair items. They also have stuff for guys too beard wax color mustaches too. Skin products to keep it healthy and to relieve skin issues. Check it out I think you will be abke to find something you really like and to make yourself happy.

It’s 11: 53am on a Saturday (very busy salon day) they are not open but the sign/online says hours are 8am-4pm. Needs new management.

Honestly this place is great but the people that work there are uneducated for a professional license store. 2 in counters with them and they should be more helpful to those that are curious about specific company’s they sell.

Gave 4 stars because I adore the people that work there, they are always so sweet and this complaint isn't their problem but unfortunately I'm going to have to stop going because they never have ANYTHING in stock. It's absolutely nuts.

As far as I can tell it seems as though the pricing was high the types of items they cell are not for everyone they are geared towards specific people that do tons of highlights and I believe they service for a specific hair types or people with specific hair types I guess you can say. I personally didn't see any products that were geared towards African Americans however the store was clean

Mimi is a terrible associate i am in beauty school learning literally handed her a list of brands and stuff I needed she seemed annoyed and didn’t wanna help me kept asking me what I wanted when I had a list and was the worst customer service I ever experience had slammed her clipboard down when I asked her for help had a terrible attitude and didn’t seem interested in customer service at all. Would not recommend coming here for help. If I could give this zero stars I would.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! Not clean. Always out of stock on items that should Never be. There’s also 1 pink or red haired woman that doesn’t seem right. When I spoke to her on several different occasions she was slurring, n seemed extremely tired. If I were u, I wouldn’t waste my time & go to another Cosmoprof where they have what u need in stock! Also we’re u don’t have to worry about the Employees, Ridiculous!

They are limiting their customer base by only allowing licensed professionals to shop here. They can capitalize in this area because they are one of the few beauty supply locations.

Love what I got here. I've been long over due. The girls were extremely helpful. I never walk in. + walk out.always spend time and $$$
