"COST CUTTERS"? VERY HIGH PRICE. LOUD, IRRITATING COUNTRY MUSIC, WOMAN WHO CUT MY HAIR CLEARLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND AND CUT IT WRONG, NOT COMING BACK, A RIPOFF!

I have wavy thin hair, and I wanted get a hair cut and didn’t know where to go. This place had good reviews and was pretty cheap. If u have hair like mine stick to the higher end salons. I walked out with my life flashing before my eyes. I was BUTCHERED. The lady was nice tho.

The workers here are always so kind! The wait is never long although we typically schedule an appointment. I feel they treat every customer like they are a valued guest. The quality of the haircuts are just as good as any big salon I've been to. Would highly recommend!

Just had a cut with Kacie and I love it. I'm one of those that gets a haircut when I say "ok now I need a cut". Set an appt with her online after seeing a couple of these reviews and SO glad I did. I went in, got in early and she listened to what I wanted and cut away. Love the layers in it that so many before had a hard time doing what I wanted. I don't want them blended in I want the definition of the layers! I'll def be going back for her from here on out!

Got the kids hair done here for back to school. They did an amazing job. My youngest is not to fond about getting cut because it goes in his eyes, but they did a great job with him. As for my oldest he wanted his hair waving for the school year. He loves it. The prices are about the same as any place around Erie. Customer service was great. We had done reservations online for the cuts and booked the perm for the next day while there. Booking was simple and easy to do. There was no wait time which was great since we waited till right before school started to get them done. Overall we will be going back there again. Thank you all so much.

The hair I received wasn't even close to the picture I showed to the stylist. Also, do you research if you have wavy/curly hair. I don't think the lady who cut my hair had any clue how to cut curly hair and made it way too short. I guess I got what I paid for. I'll just do my hair myself next time. I'm kinda just waiting to grow my hair out now:/

You know you have the side door locked and people that have hard time walking her and she can't go to walk all the way up around to the front it's not worth coming there anymore the place is dirty I'm sorry nasty anymore you know it's just it's not good

Ive been there twice, had a great experience each time, Erika knows exactly what I want, and if I show her a haircut she does it exactly like the cut in the picture. I don't even check to see if she's doing it like the pic, I'm in competent hands.

I went in wanting "fashion color" that was a mermaid/unicorn theme. Miss Kacie did absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind and explained every step to me before she did it! She is MAGICAL!

I don’t usually post bad reviews but after leaving here two days ago and finally blowing my hair out the correct way I got to see how my cut looks. The older lady with the curly reddish hair gave me a haircut and a “blow out”. Safe to say she messed my hair up. She was supposed to layer my hair and my hair looks botched. The layers are all uneven and the way she cut it makes it look like I have split ends. I asked her to do face framing layers that match up to my bangs and she didn’t do it. She cut my bangs too short. At the end of the cut I had to ask her to cut the bottom cus I could clearly see one side was longer than the other and she just randomly cut it. The way she blew out my hair she did it randomly. Didn’t section my hair out at all to give it a nice finish. I just hated how careless she was the entire time. She’s super nice but her stylist skills aren’t there. If she’s been there for like 40 years you would think she was a pro. And she shouldn’t be randomly cutting people’s hair. My hair will grow out and I could’ve went to higher extents about this but that’s very risky to be playing with someone’s hair like that.

Terrible service. Dan did my highlights. I wanted subtle highlights - it was a drastic contrast - the top was blonde! I was charged for highlights and a blowdry - although my hair was wet when I left. I called to get this rectified. I went back the very next day to Beth who was very pleasant and toned the blonde highlights down - but according to Dan had to pay for this service AGAIN. I spoke with Melissa from customer service - she was very pleasant and assured me that as an unsatisfied customer I should not have paid for the return visit. Terrible customer service.

I had the best experience at a hair salon I have ever had. Kacie was awesome! She not only engaged in multiple conversations with me but also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and worth it. Not to mention that my hair turned out fabulous and came out exactly what I asked for. I don't live in Erie but any future hair needs I will be going back to Kacie at cost cutters! Thank you!

Beth always did an excellent job with my haircuts. Last time I was there the young lady working butchered my hair into something resembling a mullet. It looked as if it was cut with hedge clippers. I am still trying to grow it out in the hope that someone can fix it.

The person in charge of the place must have better communication when interacting with people who have service animals, as for the rest, excellent
