Costco Tire Service Center reviews
8Great customer service at this location. I went in to purchase a new battery. No line. Pleasant clerk. I was in and out in ten minutes. I will return here next time I need new tires.
The black guy Roshwan or whatever his name was is straight trash! Costco needs better employees!
Quick tire Installation. Not a fan of the scheduling website as it requires registration and separate account setup. Why not use SSO?
I usually book an appointment but whe I came in today and saw one car on the lift I decided to do a walk in. I spoke with a gentleman who took my information and keys and he said he would call me when it was done. An hour and 15 minutes later I asked another gentleman if I could get an update on my vehicle and he took a look at a sheet and told me about an hour and a half more. I guess I was wrong to assume that it would be done within an hour but at the same time the First Gentleman could have told me it was going to be at least two to three hours. Not very professional or friendly.
The turnaround for larger tires is ~2 hours. They did a great job. They only do TIRE SPECIFIC SERVICE - no alignment. I guess it has to do with liability. They specialize in tire install and repair and for the price it was well worth it. Very happy with the product and service. I’ll be coming back here for new rims.
First time here, signed up for a membership because they had the tires I wanted in stock. Got 4 tires installed on Tesla now I have scratched rims. Kept them nice for 3 years through multiple tire installs and Costco just went ahead and set these up on the tire machine and let it scrape the paint off the lip. Tire install is a straight forward job. If you don't damage anything, balance them right, and don't over torque the lug nuts then there is nothing to complain about. If you can't leave the car in the same condition it was given to you then you deserve a bad review.
Very slow service. Expect to wait around 2 hours. If you shop during that, make sure don't buy frozen food.
Making and appointment online sends you way in the future, you better call the store.
The only good thing about it is when you buy a SET of four tires DURING the promotion period that will almost get you free mounting and balancing.
Road Hazard program is a joke and a waste of time since it is only accepted at COSTCO and it's not worth waiting 2 hours to remove a nail and patch a tire.
They said I don't have an appointment! With nail in the tire you need to rush to the nearest Costco tire center not to go online and mess with that online platform that's not even belongs to the main Costco website. (Requires separate login credentials)
To be honest, I don't even waste my time and 5 miles one way for a free tire rotation, I just pay my mechanic extra to do it during oil change. I just found my self there filing gas and saw a screw and noticed that they have just opened there door at 10 AM and there were no cars at the bays, so I took a chance.
It's worth mentioning that it's Monday morning and all senior technicians were there plus 2 other workers (total five) and I was the second customer to walk in, yet It took me 1H 30 M to get my car back.
No more Costco tire center, Tire Rack here I come.
