I had a wonderful experience renting with Costello Management - they were very professional and responsive. Also the Online portal was very convenient and made paying rent simple.

My lease with Costello was excellent. Very responsive with maintenance requests, beautiful apartments for reasonable price ranges. JP, John and their team really do care about their tenants. I would recommend their properties to everybody.

Canceled appointment 5 minutes before, along with no apology even though we were already at the property. If you are looking for a professional leasing company, this is not the one. Also I have been receiving constant messaging from someone telling me to remove my review. This is why you don’t see any bad reviews on this company.

We were tenants with Costello for 4 years. They never once raised our rent, they responded to all maintenance requests very quickly, and were there to answer any questions we had along the way. I can not recommend them enough. The prices are amazing considering the properties they have and the locations. I would HIGHLY recommend renting with them if you can. You will not be disappointed.

We rented with Costello Management (CM) for 1 year in Bloomfield. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. If I wasn't moving back to Philly we would have renewed our lease. It was very reasonably priced, and our utility bills were also pretty cheap. Plus we got a parking spot in a lot behind the building at no extra cost.

The move-in process was pretty painless, place was spotless and CM was quick to answer any questions that we had. The online portal is great for paying rent, getting in touch with management, and submitting service requests. Any maintenance requests were usually handled within 24 hours.

We got our full security deposit back upon move-out and I had check in hand less than two weeks later. Everyone I interacted with at CM was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

Costello was always very helpful and responded quickly to maintenance requests. Both the front office and the maintenance team were very friendly. Both apartments we rented from them were clean, updated, and in a great part of town!

We rented from Costello for two years and loved our apartment. The maintenance staff were timely and super nice to us and our pets. At the end of our lease we got our full security deposit back without any hassle. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a really great time renting from Costello for the four years that we lived in the apartment. Management and maintenance were very responsive. Felix (maintenance) was great and whenever something needed to be fixed, he was there to take care of it. When we moved in, our place was clean and in perfect/near-perfect condition. Overall, we were very happy and moved out only because we were looking for a larger space.

Great leasing company with great office staff. Consider them when in need of a place to reside. Responsive. Considerate. Helpful.

I rented with Costello since I moved to the Pittsburgh area in 2018. I have zero complaints renting with them. They are very responsive to issues and requests. They keep and maintain quality apartments. I only stopped renting with them since I moved out to the Pittsburgh area. I’ve recommended them to multiple people, even family who now rent with them. I’d do the same for anyone else looking for a place to live in Pittsburgh. Thanks for everything and should I relocate back to the Pittsburgh area (and not be interested in getting my own house) I’ll surely be renting with y’all again.

Rented from Costello Management for the past 5 years at two different locations. They are very responsive and care about their tenants. They are one of the few rentals that are pet friendly with no fees! Would highly recommend for anyone to rent with them. All of their rental properties are up to date and very modern looking.

I rented with Costello for several years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. They gave the same amount of care when moving into the unit as they did when moving out. Maintenance requests were also responded to promptly and the staff across the board were always eager to help and respond to any requests. I recommend everyone in Pittsburgh start with Costello if they’re searching for an apartment. All their units are lovely and they take great care of their tenants.

Lived at one of their properties in West Oakland for 4 years due to its proximity to Pitt, and had a great experience. The only reason I left was because I took a job in another city (and even then, they were very prompt in finding another tenant to take over the lease).
They were always responsive to my requests, and the building was always kept clean and well-maintained. The parking lot was always de-iced and shoveled fast - sometimes even while the snow was still coming down. Definitely would recommend renting from Costello, 10/10.

Rented with Costello Management for 1 year while living in Pittsburgh. The apartment was newly renovated with high end, high quality materials and finishes. I never had any issues with the apartment and when I needed to get in contact with the office, they were always quick to respond. I highly recommend renting with Costello Management!
