After purchasing a Quadfire Castille from Country Comfort in 2004, the feed auger motor went out. I removed it and took it to the Service Counter. Jerome diagnosed that it was indeed the issue, installed the new motor onto the auger and gave me some other diagnostic tools to help troubleshoot if I was still having issues. It was prompt, courteous service, just like I have always received there. Thanks again!

Great products, but doesn't understand pa sales tax laws, do not pay sales tax on installed heating equipment in your home!

Excellent service. Very helpful in helping me solve an installation problem I had with a wood burning stove I did not purchase from them.

Our homes previous owner purchased our pellet stove from country comfort and recommended their service, and we are pleased she did! They did some pretty extensive work last fall as a result of our chimney leaking, got it up and running and recommended another local company to do some masonry work.very pleased with both! I thought I had an issue with the stove this week when I fired it up for the first time, but they (Elizabeth?) were able to educate me over the phone and I was able to fix the issue myself free of charge! Both encounters they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I could not have been more impressed with this company. They installed a gas fireplace for us, converting it from a paellet stove. They just finished servicing our gas fireplace and a pellet stove for winter. Great service all around. Highly recommend. Parkton area

Staff was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of my need for parts for my old Harman coal stove.

Always a good time stopping in here and talking with the staff. They offer a great line of products to choose from and have and awesome show room. Everyone here is friendly and eager to help. They take extra precautions during installs and cleaning to make sure they do not damage anything or track anything into your home. The staff makes you feel more life a friend than a customer. Very knowledgeable and do their best to make sure you get the right stove to heat your home. I am saving thousands a year in heating costs over the winter. Highly recommended!
