Highly recommended B&B. My third wonderful stay in the Celestial Gardens suite. Beautiful decor and updated amenities. Breakfast and homemade snacks are top notch. James and Thomas both helpful and knowledgeable on what to do and where to eat in the area. I will be back again.

Amazing stay! James and Thomas were amazing hosts. And the varying 3 course breakfast was a delightful surprise every morning. Place is full of amazing board games, Jacuzzi was incredible and all in all, made a corner stone of the trip. Will absolutely come back again!

Cute old house, very charming, cozy, & clean. Convenient location - able to walk to shops & restaurants, short drive from Lititz & Lancaster. The innkeepers were so nice & friendly, very polite. 3 course breakfast - unique, fresh, changes every day, local ingredients.

Beautifully decorated rooms and common area. Friendly host. Plenty of things close by to do. Breakfasts are three courses and fantastic (no need for lunch). Afternoon fresh baked cookies are a real treat. Street by B&B has a lot of traffic. Off street parking is available. Traffic noise continued at night, but did not bother our sleep (hosts have ear plugs available). Left with a goodie bag - extra bonus of staying here.

We had a great stay here. The house is really nicely kept, as was our room. Breakfasts were varied, well planned and delicious. Thomas and James were great hosts and full of valuable information regarding the area. The price was fair and the house was centrally located to just about anywhere in Amish country. We really look forward to staying here again. Thank you guys!

We LOVED this B&B! My wife and I just spent the weekend here, and we have found our new favorite B&B. James and Thomas are delightful and so nice. We stayed in the Star Room. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Our room faced the front so there was street noise, but there were ear plugs readily available. The breakfasts, cookies, and pastries were delicious. As someone with lactose intolerance, I could eat all the food with no worries. They even got lactaid ice cream so I had it for one of the desserts. The fruit desserts had interesting combinations we had never heard of but again were so good. They had a large collection of board games that we enjoyed playing and enough space in the communal areas to spread out. We are so glad we found this place and can't wait to come back again!

The breakfast is fantastic! It was one of the highlights of our trip. Our room, Serenity, was much larger than it looked in the pictures. They also have a great boardgame selection, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here for a 3 day weekend and it was the best place we have ever stayed at. Thomas and James were very friendly and kind to us from the moment we arrived. The check in and check out process’ were smooth and easy. The B&B is such a cosy and relaxing place. The breakfast and snacks provided were the most delish foods we have had. To anyone wanting to spend a relaxing time in the area I definitely recommend you check out the County Hearth B&B, i promise you will love the stay and you’ll wanna get back the moment you leave Thank you Thomas and James for an amazing time.

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary here this past weekend, and our stay was phenomenal! Thomas and James have built a wonderful home, and every breakfast we had was jaw droppingly good. I cannot wait to stay here again, and I recommend anyone looking to stay in the area do so with Thomas and James!

So many positive things can be said about this B&B. The owners are absolutely amazing, very friendly, super communicative, and very accommodating! I had no issues at all getting things when needed, and they are very responsive. Breakfast will change your life, and you will want to live there because of it. The BEST french toast I have ever had in my life (using homemade challah bread) and the Hollandaise on my eggs Benedict was. All the food is made from scratch, and a lot of thought and care goes into it. Different homemade cookies are left out every day, and a stock mini fridge with all kinds of pop and water to keep you hydrated. There are little touches everywhere that show the owners truly care about the guest experience. If you don't see it, they will find it for you! The room is quite large, and has everything you'll need. We loved falling asleep in front of the nice warm fire! The large jet tub is also just what the doctor ordered after a long day out and about and is so relaxing (they also will provide you with bath oils/salts to make it even more luxurious!). I would 10/10 recommend and hope you get a chance to come experience this amazing place!

Our stay at Country Hearth was nothing short of AMAZING! The owners were perfectly lovely, the space was relaxing and welcoming and the food was wonderful. Our weekend getaway from NYC to unwind and relax was perfect at Country Hearth. We will absolutely be back!

This place was so wonderful! The hosts were super friendly, and the food was amazing! We didn't get a chance to play a game from the wall of board games, but that just means we'll have to come back! Hopefully soon! 100% can't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing time here to celebrate our anniversary! Thomas and James do an amazing job making you feel welcomed! Their vegetarian breakfast was delicious and they even pack a travel bag when leave of other delicious goodies! We will definitely be back!

Where to begin? Thomas and James are fantastic. The vibe of the Country Hearth is so relaxing. I'm usually the person that wants to get up on travel day and head home at the break of dawn. Not so much on this trip. I didn't want to leave. We were there for two nights and the breakfast each following morning was amazing. I'm not sure I have the correct description of the French Toast but wow. We stayed in the Star Room which has a great Jacuzzi tub. I watched half of a movie sitting in the Jacuzzi. The location of the B&B is in a rural area but within a five to ten minute drive you can have anything you need especially if you are craving some Sheetz (Tots right?). There is always a Keurig to use and always snacks and cold drinks in the refrigerator. I went to get a pizza Sunday night and we were surprised when invited down to the Gathering Room to share a pie with Thomas and James and another couple who were staying. We had a fantastic time sitting and talking, and while I always say it is the little things that people love, this wasn't a little thing. This was Thomas and James doing what they love to do. They spend every day doing what they love to do, hosting people in a fantastic 1790's home in a great area of our state. I envy them for being able to do what they not only love to do, but doing what they are fantastic at. This was our first stay there but it will not be the last. I'm going to Google everything about the area just for an excuse to come back. And right before we left, after we were given an awesome to-go bag of snacks for the trip, they invited us to just stop in to see them anytime we are driving through even if we aren't staying. Please try this B&B when you are looking for options. And my words won't talk you into how it is. You'll see for yourselves.

Country Hearth was such a wonderful place to stay. James and Thomas are such fantastic hosts, and the breakfast was so amazing. They gave great suggestions on various foods and locations to visit in Lancaster. The room was clean and comfortable, and check in was very easy. We really enjoyed getting to try out some of the board games. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay! The food, hospitality, and welcoming environment are 5 star quality! Tons of neat things to see and do nearby, as well as in house, board games, dvds, and library are just a few things.
