COUNTRY SQUIRE DINER, Broomall PA

I recently went to the Squire in Broomall for an early lunch. The food was very good, but what I remember most about the trip was the great service. We were waited on by a nice waitress named Donna M (her name tag). She seemed genuinely happy to take our order and bring things to the table. Service like that is rare these days. I hope she has a nice Christmas.

Used to go all the time. We Stopped for two soups & sandwiches. With soft drinks & tip, over $60. Plus they charged $2+ dollars to use my debit card. Won't be going back!

The diner is overall okay. I think charging $2.05 for $51.00 bill is ridiculous. Why would you charge extra just for using a credit card?

We ordered the Napoleon, the chocolate cake slice, and the berry vanilla chiffon cake through uber eats, they were each around $10 and didn't test well at all. Definitely not recommending them.

Went there tonight for dinner, everything was really good. The salad was huge, I love salad with my dinner. I had chicken parm, the chicken was perfect. They were super nice, service was good! Not crowded at all, I think people are missing out on a nice decently priced good meal. Give it a shot!

Neighborhood staple, with the neighborhood feel. Food is delicious service is hospitable. Great after a game or watching your favorite sports. Great for lunch with mom and the family. And date night with the wife when she doesn't want to cook.

Horrible service found hair in the water plastic in the food and saw a mouse running around the floor pre-covid there food was good now not so much

We eat at a lot of diners. Everyone was very happy with our dinners. Roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce hit the spot. Salad and even the broccoli were excellent. We will definitely come back for some home cooking.

The food was great, came out still super hot. Our server was on point with giving us drink refills and he got me a water without me asking once he saw I was getting hot. All around great place went for lunch around 1: 30

A Delaware County icon. It may be in the "diner" category but it is in a great building built in a quasi - European mode. Super menu, large portions and great service. It's a keeper

Should have known when we walked in no one else was eating (except a repast in the back). Ordered fish and chips, the sign said "fresh fish", of course it was frozen packed in breading. My wife took one bite and was done. The chef did come out (on que) and apologized and substituted the fish for fried shrimp. We love diners and want to support, however there was no love in the dish. Waitress was cordial and we tipped her. The diner was clean enough, Oh yeah, they only gave us two little pieces of warm bread. We rather they didn't insult us with the bread. My wife usually does reviews, I'm glad she didn't because it would have been worse. Sorry.

It's a good diner.the staff is nice, it's clean, lots of space, just wish I'd see more people going here.

Servers don’t wear hairnets. No gloves being worn when they put silverware out on tables. Not good.
