Countryside Propane LLC

My review is both good and bad. I own my 2 tanks, chose to remove them and repaint them after about 20 years of weathering.they were not in bad shape.just surface rust. I'm handicapped [wheelchair] so you should know this took serious effort.this act caught my old supplier at overcharging me.so they were fired! This brings me to Countryside.they were everything I had hoped.everything was great.then they said they wanted to do a safety inspection as we are new costumers.it's a free service. Right? Not! I'm handicapped, so having someone double check for leaks could be seen as a friendly business being kind.but it came across to me as a foot in the door chance to extract funds from my wallet.your service man claimed my regulators were too old, they were working fine but should be replaced.at 65$ each.my tanks need re-certified.at like 60$ per tank.not sure of the cost, cause I was already seeing red.this means a sticker was put on them.remember I had just serviced them with new paint job.they waved that charge.replaced the regulators.the bill was just under 250$. They added a shut off valve at the regulator. [un-needed] bumping up the cost.added a wall mount for another 10 $. Again un- needed.every time you add another thing, it takes longer and adds cost.money doesn't grow on trees.you came here as if doing me a service.then handed me a 250$ bill.that was a nice 1st date.you should have done a safety check like you said.taking note of future needs, then in a year or 2, make plans to upgrade what was reasonable.everything was in working order.yet you stuck me with 250$ bill.you came here under false pretenses.that is what pisses me off.you have no idea how hard I worked on those tanks.each tank weighs twice what I do. I'm in a wheelchair.yet that's not the point.you took 250$ from my wallet.the un- necessary add on cost, are the point.under false pretenses.violating my trust is the point.everything you did could be correct, but how it was done was wrong.side note.your service man stood and heard me out, knowing I was not happy.that is a good sign.but are you going to get a 2nd date? You did not service me, you serviced me for 250$. Now you are on par with the supplier that charged me twice to proper rate.

Great company, quick and courteous service. Reliable and responsive. What more can you ask for!

Not only does Countryside make ordering propane easy, their on call tech was so helpful over the phone! As a new home owner, new to propane heat, I ran out Wednesday night, Friday night when I got home from work my tank was full. I called the phone number left by the driver just to make sure I had the re starting process correct and he was amazing on the phone. Thank you so much! After a terrible week I was smiling Friday night!

Just received a delivery of propane from Countryside Propane today, 03/10/2023. Nevin, the delivery driver, was very courteous and professional in navigating my challenging driveway and dealing with me being a curious customer. I might add the price I paid was very competitive. I have been very pleased switching my propane deliveries to Countryside Propane in 2021.
