I started using County Pest last year at the recommendation of family member who had used them and been happy with their services for more than 20 years. I have been equally pleased, and recommend them very highly. I had a stressful cockroach problem when I moved in due to structural issues with my rental property, and County Pest was always quick and responsive. They were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and really demonstrated that they cared about solving the problems instead of just spraying chemicals and waiting for issues to recur. Their care and attention to detail made a huge difference and the improvements were obvious (and the envy of my neighbors). I've kept using their services for quarterly maintenance after a move, and I have been just as pleased. This is a wonderful local company!

Incredibly responsive. Very thorough inspection. He even found a leak in my attic. The estimate seemed high at first, but calling around it was actually right in line. Plus, they weren't requiring a contract.

Same guy did the service as the estimate. It went exactly as described. Can't recommend them enough.

We DISCONTINUED our service today after using this company for over two YEARS. The service quality has dropped severely, and they look forward to charging you for your quarterly fees more than providing you with an efficient and reliable service. Whoever handles the phones is simply not worthy and polite enough to be the voice of the company. Let’s just say, none of the issues we first had when we hired them have been solved and they “visited” our home almost monthly. We had bees, moths, and fruit fly issues, which we still have. The service men were always polite and it was always the same guy until recently the new staff is very young and not diligent enough to care. Their visits are brief and ineffective, most definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately after all this time and money spent on the company, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using proactive pest control services for decades on different homes and had been with one particular service for almost two decades. In 2022, I switched to County Pest Control due to the performance degradation of the previous service provider. They lacked knowledge and really appeared to be going through the motions. County Pest Control is absolutely amazing, as well as professional and easy to do business with. The lot is wooded and attracts a fair number of bugs, especially in the Spring and Summer. I've noticed a drastic difference in the quality of service and prevention of pests on the property. Chris Van Allen is outstanding and thoroughly knowledgeable which makes a big difference in the quality of service. I would highly recommend their service and couldn't be happier with the performance of the company's services.

I moved to the South Mountain area in September of 2022 and the previous homeowner had County Pest Control for regular treatments so I went with them for convenience. I have to say I cannot have been more pleased with the service I have received. The technician who previously serviced our home knew our property better than I did. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We had our second treatment and I noticed some ants a couple weeks later. Made a phone call our regular technician, Chris, was there within a few days and took care of everything. I highly recommend this company. Their service, friendliness, knowledge, and expertise is second to none. I'll be a life-long customer for sure.

A wonderful experience! The two gentlemen that performed the service were informative, friendly and patient. They cared about our pet concerns by taking time to explain the treatment. Be gone you small little ants!

These guys are the best pest control service we have had so far! We were wasting our money before switching to Country Pest Control. The other company would come treat our house half heartedly and we would have just as many bees, stink bugs, etc.the next day. Country Pest came out and did a very thorough job, effectively eliminating 99.9% of our pesky insects for the whole season. It really makes living here a lot more comfortable. On top of that, there prices were very reasonable and Joel was kind and personable to work with. Highly recomend!

Chris came to inspect our playground- advised us on how to treat by ourselves and even was nice enough to leave a key for our pest control boxes which I did not have access to refill! Would totally use them for any future needs! This demonstrated their integrity to me they are not just out to rob you like other pest companies! Thanks again for the help! You made my day!

I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any type of pest control. Before I called them I tried a couple of big names you often see advertised. Let me say this, none of those companies would even come to my house to assess the issue first, without charging a large fee and without trying to sell me a contract. I called County Pest Control, besides being extremely courteous and professional they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone but also scheduled an appt with me so their technician could assess my situation. They offered a plan but did not push a plan on me. Not only did they do a great job with my extermination but as promised came back in two weeks to check in and reapplied spray and ant baits. I hope I will not have another issue in the future but if I do I will call County. Small business and local and very very responsive! Thanks again Chris for a job well done

This is the third or fourth time County pest has done work for us. Very reasonably priced, but the best part is the results. And they use pet and child friendly treatments, which is huge. This time we had Chris here and he was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about this company

We have had county pest control out to our house twice now for two separate issues since moving into a new home. Both times the receptionist, Kathy, was easy to talk to and set up an appt. We had Chris come out both times and he’s been great. Professional, on time and up front about anything he saw in our home and even offered some great suggestions on what to look for to keep our house pest free. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Its a thorough service for the price. I mainly use them for mice and ants but across the board, we haven’t seen anything pest wise since we started quarterly service. Friendly and punctual. The tech is clean cut and well mannered

Highly recommend this business! Chris was able to come out in extremely short notice to remove yellow jackets/wasps that had gotten into our basement and bedroom. He was able to remove the nest, thoroughly spray the entire house inside and out which was also safe for pets and children to be around. Explained in detail of what had to be done, what he was doing and told us if we had any problems after 72 hours he would gladly come back. Very punctual on time, friendly, affordable and professional. Thanks again.
