Our family has used Coupe Flowers for decades. Just last week I ordered my mom flowers for her New Years Day Birthday. They were a little proactive and sent them a week early. Bill and his designer did a fantastic job with the personal flowers (bouquet, hair, wristlets, and bouts) for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a more natural, wildflowery look for the Morris Arboretum, and they got it exactly. Several other florists and flower growers didn't return my calls and emails, or did so weeks/months later, but Bill was responsive and gracious. All in all, a blooming success.

This was absolutely perfect. The ordering process was easy, and the flowers were delivered on time. My daughter loved the arrangement. She said they were gorgeous and smelled wonderful. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely will not be the last.

The nastiest, most disrespectful person works at the store. Went in to ask questions about floral arrangements and the lady working there was very unhelpful and dismissive. I hope thé will train her in the future on how to treat not just customers but human beings.
