Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center reviews
11Convenient location with nearby restaurants and good highway access. We were in a “spa room”, which makes a good first impression, but don’t look closely ;) Not the cleanest room. In need of repairs. Water damage above shower was partially repaired with patches not sanded or painted, and still a large crack visible. The water pressure wasn’t good, and the handle was almost all the way up to hot to make it warm. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet, but the heating unit was VERY loud. It served our purposes, but the issues I had were more in line with a budget hotel.
Reserved the whirlpool suite for my husband's 45th birthday, the staff was great, but had a few issues with the room which made our stay not the best. The heater/ac is so obnoxiously LOUD, it literally woke me up all night when it kicked on. The fitted sheet had a dark stain on it, the little loveseat had 2 spots that looked like blood, (i have pictures) and the whirlpool took forever to turn on. Definitely didn't meet the expectations I thought it would.
This place was very attentive. When we made it to our room, they called up to see if we were ok or needed anything.
Food area and bar for a night cap.
Very enjoyable evening. Would totally stay here again if driving through PA.
Clean comfortable rooms. Loved that they have a hot tub and sauna. Not the best view since it's surrounded by shopping plazas but saw the best sunset from the balcony.
The service was awesome. They care about you and make sure you get what you need. I like that it has a quiet time and is enforced.
None of the staff were wearing name tags. When we first got there, our shower curtain was two inches to small for our shower and water got everywhere in the bathroom. There was a pile of trash that sat outside by the ice machine in the hallway for a day and a half. In the fitness room, the trash bag was never changed. The ac made a lot of weird noises. When you’re in the bathroom you can hear this weird tapping sound.
I stayed for a night - checked in around 10: 30PM. There was some constant sound (like something filling up or something turning on or off even though AC was turned off) that lasted 15 seconds every 20 seconds or so. The sound was loud enough that I could not sleep for few hours and since it was already late and my kids went to sleep, I did not ask to change the room.
I am extremely disappointed - paid a lot of money for a night. Probably worst hotel stay ever.
Clean room with a hot tub jetted.
King bed nice southern view.
Great breakfast (a la carte).
Good rate for Marriott members, yea
Such a happy, wonderful staff. Sally was very friendly, professional, and helpful upon check in. The room left a lot to be desired. A hard, uncomfortable mattress, poor cooling from the A. C.made it difficult to sleep.
What a great stay. We were here with the family of four and it was a great overnight stay. Front desk staff (Mark) was very friendly and polite, room was clean and prepared in a timely manner, and very modern. I highly recommend staying here, numerous attractions near by
We had TOPS ARD there Friday and Saturday, we stayed Thursday and Friday night. Everything was beautiful and the staff very helpful and courteous. Just wonderful
