Very clean and well maintained courtyard. As a platinum elite member I’ve stayed in these since bad in the 90s. Remote to any restaurants or shopping this courtyard was very typical but the size of the room was something I’ve never seen before. A king room was 200sq feet. The smallest bathroom I’ve seen and literally no room to even do work on the desk without hitting the sofa. It’s a well managed property and well taken care of but don’t expect anything like a typical room size here and that makes it impossible to include 4 people in a king with sofa bed as they advertise id recommended they reduce that to 2 per room.

We worked with Noah for a room block for our wedding in early February. Noah was great to work with and so helpful throughout the entire process. From adding rooms as needed to going out of his way to make sure guests were able to book, it was an easy, pain free process. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our guests and were so helpful in handing out our welcome bags. The bar stayed open for us after our wedding so we could continue the party with our guests and we had the best night! We were treated so kind by every single person working at the hotel and no request was too big. Thank you again to everyone at the Courtyard for making our wedding so memorable and easy!

All I can say is thanks. We were booked for 2 nights. We were at a college wrestling event. We had to leave early due to an injury.
But we showed up at 9: 30 at night.
The 2 girls at the desk were so nice so concerned. It was late I didn't expect anything our room was paid for. They credited our money back.
They called us to see if we were okay.
None of that was necessary. That my friends is just plain nice. Caring people is what can make or break an experience.
Our experience at the Lancaster Courtyard by Marriott was absolutely
fantastic. Thanks

This place is the best hotel I've ever stayed at for this price point. I've stayed at hotels that charged double what you pay here that weren't as good as this courtyard. They recently remodeled and created a perfect balance of crisp and cozy. Their amenities are fantastic. The indoor pool and hot tub is lovely and well maintained and the bistro bar has a decent selection of food items and a great selection of drinks. Their staff is fantastic and very accommodating.

I'm a frequent traveler of courtyards and Marriotts, but I found this one to be subpar.

The bistro wasn't open due to not having staff, and they ran out of blankets. Which I find crazy for a hotel.

The room was clean, friendly front desk and the pool was nice.

The hotel was very nice. The room was in good shape. We stayed one night. We wanted a King size bed but only received a queen. It makes a big difference to us.
Electric outlets need to be added next to the bed with easy access. I had to pull out the night stand to get to it.
Service was polite and friendly.

I made arrangements with the hotel a year ago to host an "after-party" for my wedding. This hotel was chosen because it was the only local hotel with a bar. My husband and I spoke with Noah and Trish on MULTIPLE occasions, letting them know our plans and to confirm that the bar will remain open when we return from our reception. This was even confirmed again by both us the week before our wedding. Noah told me that per PA law, the bar will need to be closed by 2 AM but there is a note in our account to stay open. This was the week before my wedding. My husband and I paid for a bus transport for our guest to and from the hotel. Our guests arrived on the bus around 11: 00 PM. My husband and I arrived around 11: 45 PM. We went to our room to change, then came back to the bar a few minutes after 12: 00 AM at which point the bartender told me last call. I told him this is not correct, we had arrangements to stay open. He told me that no one told him that and he was closed. I received an email from Noah a few days later and I told him how angry and upset we were by this and Noah tells me
"Per a note left for our general manager from our bartender that night, there were wedding guests that starting drinking liquor and wine out of the bottle around 11PM and only 5 drinks were ordered from him because of this. Our bartender and our company can get into legal trouble if guests are drinking alcohol not purchased from the bar while the bar is open. I did mention that the bar can legally stay open until 2AM but ultimately the bartender has the discretion to close whenever they need to and in this case with wedding guests drinking non purchased drinks, he decided to close the bar early. "

This is a lie. The alcohol that was left over from our wedding was in my possession, AT THE VENUE. My mother and mother-in-law were sitting in the lobby and no one had outside alcohol nor was approached about outside alcohol. The bartender made no mention of this, he told me he wasn't told to stay open. There was another event that evening. There is no way of knowing if these guests were even with us. I wasn't physically in the building until 11: 45 PM. We were faulted over something that didn't have anything to do with us. We gave this hotel thousands of dollars of business that night and to be treated this way over something we weren't even there for is beyond ridiculous. We will never stay here again.

No chairs at the bar when a certain bar tender was on. Took a while for the night clerk to get to the desk when I was checking in. Overall ok visit.

We got married on 10/22/22 in Lancaster and had our hotel room block there. Noah helped us every step of the way and was beyond helpful and kind in adding rooms for us and any other requests we had - we had 40-50 rooms for our wedding which was so awesome to have everyone in the same place! His customer service was truly amazing!

The staff was so kind to all of our guests and helpful in handing out our welcome bags as well as early check-ins for those that needed it. The bar stayed open late for us after the wedding and it was so nice to hang outside by the firepit with everyone. The breakfast and coffee bar in the morning was convenient for all our guests. The rooms were extremely clean also. We had a complimentary suite and 12 girls and 3 hair/makeup artists fit in the room comfortably to get ready in the morning. They even brought us extra stools and towels without having to ask.

Overall, the location, kindness of employees, cleanliness and convenience made this hotel a 10/10! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anybody looking for a wedding room block.

The chick in process was easy and got my room right away. Quality of the room was good. The beding was comfortable and it had a sleeper sofa with chargers in it. The sofa cushions I found to be more soft and supporting than the actual bed. There was a desk that could also be pulled out. The iron in the room leaked water everywhere but got the job done. The bathroom was nice and hand soap was very soft and moisturizing. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the shower were attached to the wall and super drying on the hair. The in room coffee was some of the worst coffee I had ever brewed. The workout room was small and so was the pool. But the pool did have a handicap lowering arm so that is nice. There is no breakfast included it is avalible there from a Starbucks in the lobby that seems to also double as a bar. It was also interesting to find out that the hotel is completely on solar power.

The firepit and lobby were nice. Pool is a lot smaller than the pictures and the bathroom floor of our room was dirty when we checked in. $75 pet fee for a 20lb dog that wasn't communicated until we were checking in.

Had a really great stay here. We wanted to be near Dutch Wonderland and Hershey Park. The hotels in Hershey were pricey, so we stayed here and drove to Hershey Park - about 40 minutes. It's either new or newly renovated. Very nice room - well appointed, clean. There was a microwave and fridge. No safe which I like to have. Plenty of parking. A fire pit outside. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Very nice, helpful staff. Due to COVID, they only service the room every few days, which was fine with us.

The hotel is clean and fresh looking. It boasts being totally solar powered. Staff are friendly and super helpful. The food options however are lacking in quality. I travel 4 nights a week and have done for over 20 years. I saw the new Marriott menu introduced and thought it looked good on the surface, but the way the food is either heated or made just makes it overpriced and in my personal opinion nasty. (chicken quesedilla is my prime example, the chicken tastes like rubber) This Is not the first courtyard I've eaten the food at, and it is not the hotels fault, but if I am to start eating at any courtyard again, things have to change.

2 nights in Lancaster area to relax and visit out favorite Amish sites. The hot tub and small indoor pool closed the day just fine. Right in the middle of everything.
