Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove

Not up Courtyard standards. Pandemic or not, the guest should not feel like they an inconvenience to the front desk.

Horrible TV. So many channels are fuzzy and not watchable. It’s an older Courtyard but this TV is a joke!

I stayed over night last week. It was nice to get an upgrade to a suite. I don't understand why they have only one chair for the balcony. Most of the time you have two people in a suite. What I didn't like was how the millennials gather in the parking lot at night during the weekend. This is a nuisance and should be handled by management. The good quality of this hotel has decreased over the years.

Perfect two night stay at beginning of March (9-11). As Platinum Elite member was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite. Room was great. No complaints. Tubless shower was really modern and perfect. Front desk staff was great too. Cannot comment on the housekeeping as I went green (and took points instead of housekeeping), however the room was clean on arrival. No complaints whatsoever.

The services for business meeting were very nice. They provided us with a menu to order food, and kept our room clean. Only thing I must say is please cut the sandwich all the way in half, on just the top bread.

Overall, pretty decent. When I arrived, though, I found what appeared to be a toenail clipping on the floor. That's pretty nasty. Fortunately, I always bring flip-flops to wear at a hotel. The employees were very friendly, though.

Great hotel at the right price. We stayed here with a wedding group two different times. It's very comfortable and has a great Lobby and outdoor Courtyard.

Nice hotel that is right off of 476. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Nothing fancy or spectacular about the courtyard but no problems either. Would stay again.

Hotel parking lot is awful. Always construction and massive traffic jams right out front. Cant get in and out.

Customer service is really good, it gets 3 stars because the room smelled like some one had been smoking in it and the staff could not take the smell out, the tv did not work and every time we tried opening the door it took us a while since it looked broken.

Pulling up to the place I thought I was going to get raped. I mean it’s in a hope depot parking lot.

But the courtyard is nice and there is good service.

Jeff at the front desk who works there was awful. Provided no help to a problem and brushed me to member services. Other nice hotels to stay at.

Large group for a wedding. They had offered to keep bar open late but didn't. Other than that, it was good.

The place is clean, comfortable, and what impressed me the most is that the staff went way out of their way to make me feel at home. The service here is top notch.

Was a very clean, easy hotel to stay in. Was there as part of a wedding party and they were very accommodating for us getting ready.

Not expensive, shower had super nice tea tree soap shampoo and conditioner, bed was crazy comfortable, also had a Starbucks in the lobby.

Clean, friendly and very comfortable quarters, the pool and jacuzzi was fine also the balcony rooms were a plus I'd definitely stay here again

Bad was a little hard. But 2nd night slept great since I barely slept the first night. Atmosphere was good. And staff very professional

Stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend with my family. Room was clean and maintained. The hot tub was broken but the pool was open and clean. The pool area is extremely slippery when wet so be cautious, even just walking. There is a very nice courtyard area in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.
