We felt very rushed. Hoped for a fun experience before my daughters wedding and we felt like we were annoying them - and a lot of money for the mediocre service we got. My daughter was disappointed with the quality of her pedicure and that they didn’t have the colors they showed her. Just a bummer- an expensive one.

From the moment you enter the doors, the staff is warm and welcoming. The front desk team is helpful and courteous. Anna is the BEST nail technician and always does an amazing job! Facials and massages are second to none. Would highly recommend.

I’d been meaning to get a professional massage for years but never found the time to do so. But finally I got the chance and made an appointment at Coventina because a friend recommended it to me. The staff was friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable because I was a bit nervous. I got a 90 minute therapeutic massage and it was the most relaxed I’ve felt in ages! It was well worth the cost. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and I hope to come back myself the next time I need to relax.

My boyfriend scheduled me a spa day for my birthday and it was nothing but stress. The girls at the front desk barely acknowledged me when I arrived, I was scheduled for the incorrect package and they did nothing to try to fix it or try to help me understand what went wrong. The front desk told me we “obviously” scheduled the wrong thing. If I didn’t already take the time off work I would’ve walked out. I wanted an hour massage and was only scheduled for 30. I arrived at 11 for my massage session and did not get pulled into my second session until 1215, yet only received that one 30 minute session. A 45min wait between is quite excessive. After my second session I got my nails and toes done which chipped the next day. I tried calling the manager Chris to explain my experience seeing as I spent 4 hours on my birthday here to be completely disappointed and receive services that did not last 24 hours. He not once apologized, stated he will “address” with the front desk and got defensive. I completely understand a manager standing up for the company, but I felt dismissed and do not feel confident they truly cared about the negative experience they gave me or the fact I feel I wasted hundreds of dollars.

Before i left for the day one of the workers felt the need to apologize on behalf of the girls at the front desk because she agreed the situation was handled incorrectly, however, after the way the manager reacted I see customer service and basic consideration isn’t important here. I will never return.
